I think it was less about the food and more about the portions. It seemed like michelle has a higher calorie intake than Kelsey does, so she was having a lot of trouble cutting her calorie intake so drastically

Even though the rules still weren't followed perfectly, the difference in effort between this episode and the one with lara is massive. I loved how kelsey thought to at least ask michelle what she would order when she was having to go off the meal plan on that shoot. It's so much more enjoyable when they actually try and go in with an open mind
Literally no one would survive swapping diets with me. Because of my messed up sleeping patterns I have my first meal at like after 130pm and my second meal at like 10 pm. The middle is me snacking profusely.
Honestly that doesn't sound bad to me, I usually have my first meal at 6-7 pm and my second one at 10-11 pm, I don't eat breakfast (I can't stand food in the morning) and I always get up too late to prepare some food to take with me+I don't like the taste of takeouts (and takeouts are really expensive where I live, definitly something I can't afford often) and I don't get hungry until I have food right in front of me, so 9/10 days I wait until I'm home from work for my first meal 😅😇 I think the most important thing is what and how much you eat anyways, it can't make that big of a difference at what time you eat, riiight? At least I hope it doesn't xD

Kelsey's diet is boring, yes. Michelle literally says at the beginning of the video that her diet changes based on whatever video project she is working on and whatever her assigned dietician has her eating for the project. So her diet is more varied. Kelsey, on the other hand, is literally always feeding her Sims garden salads in the 100 Baby Challenge videos, so I'm not surprised that this is her diet.

Guys, these AREN’T restrictive diets. First of all, everybody’s diets are different, so maybe your doesn’t look the same but that doesn’t mean you guys have terrible diets or they have terrible diets. Second, Michelle constantly trains for her ‘Challenged Accepted’ video and so I would assume that her in-between diet is pretty protein dense and carb rich. As for Kelsey her’s is also pretty healthy and probably fills her up. Kelsey is Kelsey, not you. Third, you HAVE to understand that healthy food is VERY filling, it’s not like the oreos and cookies and junk people eat that make you feel full for 30 seconds and then hungry again. Fourth, Michelle has varying diets because of her challenges, so stop.judging.her. These women are conscious about what they eat to make themselves healthy, not hungry. Fifth, mind your businesses cause it’s not YOUR body.

Their diets are indeed restrictive. Being conscious and being restrictive are not mutually exclusive--if anything, they typically come as a pair. Most folks who are picky eaters have restrictive diets, as do people with ED, or those recovering from ED, or those with specific physical and/or functional goals. Saying a diet is restrictive is not judgemental, nor is it necessarily a negative as long as they are healthy and happy, i.e. meeting micronutrient needs, and feeling emotionally and physically satisfied.
Seeing people like them (fit people) I always think ‘wow how come they’re so beautiful and fit?’ Then I see what they eat and it’s like ‘ohhh they actually have self control, eat right, and workout.
Garlic and some seasonings besides ginger and turmeric cause inflammation, inflammation causes fatigue, if you want to have consistent energy you have to avoid things that cause inflammation.

I'm from Africa and many American portions are just way too big. I do admit that the food seems kinna bland, but it's healthier compared to a lot of the foods people eat.

Idk why there’s so many people in the comment section saying that they don’t eat enough. When you have a diet that’s high in protein, greens, healthy fats and carb, you get full pretty quickly. The serving sizes in the US is insanely huge which is why some might think that their portions are signs of starvation when it’s not.
These diets are not restrictive or unhealthy at all, they are eating normally. Some people have small stomachs so they get full after just a small amount of food, but even so they aren't eating too little.

Idk why there’s so many people in the comment section saying that they don’t eat enough. When you have a diet that’s high in protein, greens, healthy fats and carb, you get full pretty quickly. The serving sizes in the US is insanely huge which is why some might think that their portions are signs of starvation when it’s not.

These diets are not restrictive or unhealthy at all, they are eating normally. Some people have small stomachs so they get full after just a small amount of food, but even so they aren't eating too little.
