Michelle teach us how to come up with a grocery list and shop efficiently! I also worry about spending too much on random grocery things and then just having it rot in the fridge and not knowing how to combine the things into meals :( so I just eat out all the time
So inspirational, this is why i love Michelle, she cares alot for her friends, family and us, her fans. But i need to get back to working out too, I haven’t done so in about 8-9 months now but i have lost weight, my body just maintains itself but I’ve lost some muscle
yes!!! I am impressed by her hardwork and her descipline! I am just bummed that they lied about the body fat. I am pretty sure she was around 30% bodyfat in the beginning and was 23% in the end. Numbers mean nothing. I am impressed and I think she looks like Venus herselfe. I just prefer not beeing lied to.
@@SH3player Well, depending on what country or time period you look at, it might be perfect. A lot of older civilizations want to look fat to show their status. (I'm not saying that this has anything to do with modern beauty standards; I'm just trying to get you to look at it at a different angle.)
@Davidas Davida I wasn't talking healthwise. Healthwise, it is not a good idea to be like that. However, in different civilizations and time periods, being fatter showed that you had enough money for lots of food. So, really, I was talking about social status and not at all about health.
Sebina Timm you can! Just look up things like the keto diet, it’s extremely amazing for weight loss and then go to any gym in your area and look at their personal trainers, some are affordable!
You don't need to have a professional personal trainer and nutritionist to achieve your body goals! You can find everything you need to know online, just do a lot of research and compare sources. I've been changing my body and life for a couple of months now completely without a nutritionist or trainer, and I am looking and feeling so much better.
Tbh, she could be a model. She has a good bone structure, an hourglass figure and beautiful skin. If I was here, I would look into it. Plus size / curvy models are getting more mainstream. You gorgeous girl 🙌🏼

Spider woman I pretty much went all in. I started out just doing little exercise in the morning and night like doing push ups and sit up. Instead of started of eating healthy I started making my portions and drinking plenty water. In the first week I dropped 10 pounds because the first 10-15 is water weight. Then the weight lost journey starts to get harder. I’m still currently on my journey and I have lost 60+ pounds (almost have my ideal body 🏋🏾♂️
It was really refreshing to see Michelle being a teacher instead of the learner. Other videos dont do a justice in showing how resourceful she is! I have a new found respect for her humble attitude and patience!! also, Great Job Olivia I'm so happy for you!!!!!
Just want to say that her previous exercise experience helped her A LOT. She was able to get into the right positions on her first day so all of what she was doing was more effective. She deserved that dress, nobody would look better than her in it.
even before the transformation, she is so gorgeous. and even when she filmed herself just after a workout or just when she woke up or even during her workouts... she skin... was flawless. she has such. nice. skin. Im so happy for you girl you look so amazing

@@ginaclarke14 right? And if I think about it longer, it's more like, I'm afraid to use items incorrectly, and therefore look clueless. So it's more about a, appearing capable thing, when I should be less insecure and just GO IN knowing that no one knows everything as a beginner.
Could you do a follow-up in a couple months to show how Olivia has continued this lifestyle while making room for things like snacks/drinks at a party, etc? I love these challenges, but I'm really curious about how the routine change when you're no longer working toward a weight loss goal.

I think Michelle’s goal isn’t to make a video about a regular gradual transformation. It’s an extreme makeover. It’s in the title. She’s focused on a huge change in a small amount of time. I think what your asking for is a different series entirely. It’s a valid request, but this series is something else.
definitely. I think its worth making a new series that a regular broke chick who works long shift work can still manage to get right :p This stuff is awesome and great for motivation but I already know never gonna get that. People can get anything with money - but what about the rest of us :p
But. But they tell you all the secrets there are to this kind of transformation. Regular training and diet regime. Go to your local gym 7 times a week (3 days of weight - total body would do and 6 days of cardio). The meals are also laid out in front of you. Chicken and veggies, protein shakes, no processed food, little to no fruit. Drink water. That is IT! Who is in for an off- line transformation with me? Send me a message. :)
Um you don’t have to starve yourself to lose weight. Just start eating less if you eat a lot and eat healthy. Exercise helps burn calories faster but it’s all based on what you eat and how much you eat.
@@rosyorbit9229 They weren't saying that they couldn't keep themselves from eating at all, or that they should eat less, but that they can't help but eat sweets. Like for me, I love ice cream. I'll tell myself I'm not going to eat it, but as soon as I see it, I eat like a million pounds. (Well, not nearly that much, but a pint isn't outside the realm of possibility.)
The Everything Productions I understand completely, However you don’t have to cut out sugar from your diet. Artificial sweeteners yes, but not sugar. Maybe try eating more vegetables or replace extremely sugary foods with healthy sugars like fruits. I understand sugar addiction is hard to beat since sugar is constantly being promoted but it isn’t impossible, there are many videos of people beating sugar addiction.
Of all of your extreme body transformations videos, this is my favourite.. just look at that change and the energy in her and her confidence is sky high.. When i saw the before and after photos, i was so stunned but at the same time I could notice those changes all though the video, that her face started appearing slimmer and her belly went in and damn those biceps.. Man this is so motivating..
One thing that i noticed every time i watch these kind of videos is, people have bigger smiles (happier smiles) in their after pictures. which means, they really are happy for what they have accomplished. And to be able to accomplish something itself is such a bless.
Lost fifteen pound over three months and a8ned it back because of personal health gone down the shoot for no reason, just gotta not be discouraged and keep going strong when your knocked down! Your doing awesome!
I recently started on my fitness journey and I kept watching transformation videos everyday to keep myself motivated. When Michelle announced that she was going to release this new segment to her channel, I was so happy and excited and I'm happy to say that I was not disappointed. What a grate video.
I appreciate Olivia’s honesty throughout this and how practical the meals are. She had a shitty day and pushed through, she woke up late and pushed through, she was tired and sore and she pushed through. She even had a realization on social drinking that many of us are in denial of, I feel like this strengthen not just her body but her mentality and confidence in her decisions as well, Go Olivia! You rock!

I love the series and I think Michelle is doing a great job, but a thing I have noticed that seems a bit exaggerated are the body fat percentages. For females, 24% body fat is considered 'fitness' level and 16% is athlete. At 16% most people have a very visible six pack for example. I know she used to be a dancer but that's one thing and 16% body fat is another. The same thing was mentioned by other people on the episode with her boyfriend saying he was aiming to get down to 9% body fat which is the body fat percentage of male athletes. I am by no means trying to body shame anybody and I think both her boyfriend and best friend have done a great job, but I do think it's misleading to people who don't have a background in nutrition or fitness.

Don't insult Olivia 😁 just kidding... Khloe is a beautiful girl but has a lot of work done and looks unnatural sometimes... Khloe should take it down a bit and aspire to look more like Olivia.
I got a pole for Christmas from my hubby and I'm so excited. In my early twenties I did pole but I didn't get very far as I had no way of practicing. When I stopped no other exercise gave me that joy/that rush. I'm 30 soon and the thought of getting the opportunity to do something I love again and getting the chance to be fitter and stronger than I've ever been is an amazing feeling. Watching Olivia and the other people Michelle has helped transform is amazing motivation and inspiration. Thank you Michelle 💟
If this becomes a series, it might be good to have a supplement with a nutritionist with good kitchen skills or a chef that works with a nutritionist to show how to cook the very lean healthy food in a tasty way. Or at least the tastiest way possible. Show it with real kitchen skills with concepts rather than a "I learned to cook one thing" video. A common thread in body makeover vids is the very unappealing food. That can't make things easier or encourage others.
I like that she’s keeps in her videos and when cry when she breaks down instead up taking it out and we all think that that never happens and we need to know you can’t complete your dreams and goals with out those moments you chat to anything without giving yourself times you need to cry and get your stress out you need to keep moving. I think Michelle is a great role model she helps people with goals and she recoded her progress and her struggles and gets through it. She doubts herself a lot but she’s able to always complete the goals and challenges she put her mind too it’s inspiring.
I need motivation 1 like 100 jumping rope (Edit) I have started cycling at least half to one hour everyday along with skipping and a little diet I'm seeing results 😁😁😁
I went through a very similar experience (even our WEIGHTS were similar) and let me tell you. Getting more toned, more fit doesn’t mean you hate your body. Doesn’t mean you don’t love all body types. YOU feel more confident! And that’s what counts.
The body fat percentages always seem inaccurate. 16 percent is so low for a woman. You'd be able to see clear ab, leg, back, and arm definition and vascularity by that point

That’s false actually. I am 16% body fat naturally. I dont have super defined abs. I am not fat by any means But compared to when I am in really good shape I am more like 12%.
It's absolutely not that low. I'm at about 19% and I am tiny. You can see my ribs, my stomach is borderline concave from my ribs. That girl is not 16%. Not to mention 16% is where girls start to lose periods bc it's so low
Tamara Schroers everyone’s made and built different. 19% with no muscle mass looks different than with. I was personally still getting my period at 12%. Everyone’s body operates a little different. 🤷♀️
Olivia is so naturally pretty 😍 her big smile kind of reminds me of Ashley Graham Also the message that she wants her body to be able to be there for her is so good. It's not always about the numbers..or being skinny...or even being afraid to lose weight because I've heard that for women considered plus size models. I've looked and felt my best at my highest weight and that was hard to get used to when I grew up in an era of unhealthy skinny being in..Im a mixed girl and I was never going to naturally have that body type. Having a body that can support you and feels strong is sexy.
I just wanna add that she was absolutely gorgeous before the makeover as well and having body fat is nothing to be ashamed of. Good for those who go through this transformation and good for those who don't, it's a personal choice and either way is okay, whatever makes you feel good.

Don't get me wrong bc this is awesome, She's so happy and proud and she should be! she worked so hard! but its hard watching these videos and knowing that you can't afford to go to the gym let alone have a trainer and nutritionist. Then reading the comments and people talking about free online stuff and theres so much information thats constantly contradicting itself about nutrition that trying to create your own meal plan is scary and it doesn't help that a burger is $1 and a salad is $6, or that you're working & so busy that so much that all the pricey food goes to the compost like Olivia says. And yes you can get free workouts online that you can do wherever but theres no one telling you if your form is ok which can actually be dangerous depending on what you're doing. Like i said, this video is awesome and so proud of olivia but theres a reason she waited for a friend who knew what she was doing to help her and not everyone has that friend.
Excuses. You don’t wait for someone to tell you if you’re doing something right or not. You seek help if you really need it. You don’t need a trainer to see a change in your body. What you need is consistency and determination. It does not mean that you have to eat clean 24/7 but be aware of the amount that you consume. You do NOT need a gym membership, you can easily use gallons of water as weights and furniture... hence the AT HOME workouts. If you really want it you go and get it. Instead of making up excuses make up ways to change your mentality and start changing for the better.
I think one of the things that hold back most people from geeting healthy is that they think that there is ONE way to become more fit or healthy. In the end it is not important what exactly you do as long as you're consistent and keep improving. The best workout is the one you'll actually stick to. The most efficient method won't help you if it doesn't resonate with you and you just do it 2 times. Find something that sounds like fun to you and try it out for a month or two. If you don't like it, do something else. As for cooking your own meals: start with one healthy dish that you really like. I started with shakshouka for example. Cook it once or twice a week for a while. When you've learned how to cook that one thing well pick up another recipe. You don't have to make a drastic change right now. If you do it in steps you're giving yourself a chance to adapt and get used to your new lifestyle. I wish you good Luck
I found it really helped to film myself doing particular exercises because then you can re-watch it and get another perspective on your form and you'll know what to focus on for next time!
Lee baby steps!!!!! If you can learn how to do a few exercises right, then you are on track. There’s lots of videos on UA-cam that demonstrate how to do just one particular exercise, and how to do it right. You can look up lists of exercises from those expensive workout videos, then search up a video on how to do it yourself. Try and spot yourself in a mirror, even if it’s not a huge one. My biggest tip is that ANY exercise that involves bending your knees (like squats or lunges) should be done so that your knee always remains directly above your ankle. If your knee goes past your ankle and you can’t see your toes, you’ve gone too far. Diet is definitely much harder but my biggest tip is not to drink your calories. That includes soda, alcohol, and juice.
This video has seriously punched me in my soul. I’m watching this video and I’m seeing what’s wrong with my routine. When I look at my body I feel helpless. I really took what they said into consideration when they said that what you put into your body is fuel and if you don’t put the right fuel in it won’t function correctly. I admire MK so much it’s crazy how much stress and crazy she puts her body through. At first glance I thought she was crazy but like that’s extremely hard work and I want that. She is so happy, and she’s truly living her best life and a huge part of that is being healthy. I really want to transform my body and lead a healthier life style. I wish I could afford a nutritionist and personal trainer, but I’m going to do my best. If anybody has any tips on how to motivate myself and any meal plans and work out routines you think might work for me please reply to this comment. ( I am currently 5’5” 138.7 lbs and I have no idea what my body fat % is but I want to get down to 123.0 lbs ) ❤️❤️❤️

Spider woman I pretty much went all in. I started out just doing little exercise in the morning and night like doing push ups and sit up. Instead of started of eating healthy I started making my portions and drinking plenty water. In the first week I dropped 10 pounds because the first 10-15 is water weight. Then the weight lost journey starts to get harder. I’m still currently on my journey and I have lost 60+ pounds (almost have my ideal body 🏋🏾♂️

definitely. I think its worth making a new series that a regular broke chick who works long shift work can still manage to get right :p This stuff is awesome and great for motivation but I already know never gonna get that. People can get anything with money - but what about the rest of us :p
But. But they tell you all the secrets there are to this kind of transformation. Regular training and diet regime. Go to your local gym 7 times a week (3 days of weight - total body would do and 6 days of cardio). The meals are also laid out in front of you. Chicken and veggies, protein shakes, no processed food, little to no fruit. Drink water. That is IT! Who is in for an off- line transformation with me? Send me a message. :)

Um you don’t have to starve yourself to lose weight. Just start eating less if you eat a lot and eat healthy. Exercise helps burn calories faster but it’s all based on what you eat and how much you eat.

Maybe try eating more vegetables or replace extremely sugary foods with healthy sugars like fruits. Of all of your extreme body transformations videos, this is my favourite.. just look at that change and the energy in her and her confidence is sky high.. When i saw the before and after photos, i was so stunned but at the same time I could notice those changes all though the video, that her face started appearing slimmer and her belly went in and damn those biceps.. I love the series and I think Michelle is doing a great job, but a thing I have noticed that seems a bit exaggerated are the body fat percentages. For females, 24% body fat is considered 'fitness' level and 16% is athlete. At 16% most people have a very visible six pack for example. I know she used to be a dancer but that's one thing and 16% body fat is another. The same thing was mentioned by other people on the episode with her boyfriend saying he was aiming to get down to 9% body fat which is the body fat percentage of male athletes. I am by no means trying to body shame anybody and I think both her boyfriend and best friend have done a great job, but I do think it's misleading to people who don't have a background in nutrition or fitness.

I got a pole for Christmas from my hubby and I'm so excited. In my early twenties I did pole but I didn't get very far as I had no way of practicing. When I stopped no other exercise gave me that joy/that rush. I'm 30 soon and the thought of getting the opportunity to do something I love again and getting the chance to be fitter and stronger than I've ever been is an amazing feeling. Watching Olivia and the other people Michelle has helped transform is amazing motivation and inspiration. Thank you Michelle 💟

If this becomes a series, it might be good to have a supplement with a nutritionist with good kitchen skills or a chef that works with a nutritionist to show how to cook the very lean healthy food in a tasty way. Or at least the tastiest way possible. Show it with real kitchen skills with concepts rather than a "I learned to cook one thing" video.
A common thread in body makeover vids is the very unappealing food. That can't make things easier or encourage others.
I think people go to extremes even to the extent of not seasoning their food which is bonkers to me. I've lost weight and still season my food...

I like that she’s keeps in her videos and when cry when she breaks down instead up taking it out and we all think that that never happens and we need to know you can’t complete your dreams and goals with out those moments you chat to anything without giving yourself times you need to cry and get your stress out you need to keep moving. I think Michelle is a great role model she helps people with goals and she recoded her progress and her struggles and gets through it. She doubts herself a lot but she’s able to always complete the goals and challenges she put her mind too it’s inspiring.

I went through a very similar experience (even our WEIGHTS were similar) and let me tell you. Getting more toned, more fit doesn’t mean you hate your body. Doesn’t mean you don’t love all body types. YOU feel more confident! And that’s what counts.
The body fat percentages always seem inaccurate. 16 percent is so low for a woman. You'd be able to see clear ab, leg, back, and arm definition and vascularity by that point

That’s false actually. I am 16% body fat naturally. I dont have super defined abs. I am not fat by any means But compared to when I am in really good shape I am more like 12%.
It's absolutely not that low. I'm at about 19% and I am tiny. You can see my ribs, my stomach is borderline concave from my ribs. That girl is not 16%. Not to mention 16% is where girls start to lose periods bc it's so low

It's not always about the numbers..or being skinny...or even being afraid to lose weight because I've heard that for women considered plus size models. I've looked and felt my best at my highest weight and that was hard to get used to when I grew up in an era of unhealthy skinny being in..Im a mixed girl and I was never going to naturally have that body type. Having a body that can support you and feels strong is sexy.

Don't get me wrong bc this is awesome, She's so happy and proud and she should be! she worked so hard! but its hard watching these videos and knowing that you can't afford to go to the gym let alone have a trainer and nutritionist. Then reading the comments and people talking about free online stuff and theres so much information thats constantly contradicting itself about nutrition that trying to create your own meal plan is scary and it doesn't help that a burger is $1 and a salad is $6, or that you're working & so busy that so much that all the pricey food goes to the compost like Olivia says. And yes you can get free workouts online that you can do wherever but theres no one telling you if your form is ok which can actually be dangerous depending on what you're doing. Like i said, this video is awesome and so proud of olivia but theres a reason she waited for a friend who knew what she was doing to help her and not everyone has that friend.
True. When I was looking Weight good food is more expensive than bad. Unless go to a Asian grocery store.
Excuses. You don’t wait for someone to tell you if you’re doing something right or not. You seek help if you really need it. You don’t need a trainer to see a change in your body. What you need is consistency and determination. It does not mean that you have to eat clean 24/7 but be aware of the amount that you consume. You do NOT need a gym membership, you can easily use gallons of water as weights and furniture... hence the AT HOME workouts. If you really want it you go and get it. Instead of making up excuses make up ways to change your mentality and start changing for the better.
I think one of the things that hold back most people from geeting healthy is that they think that there is ONE way to become more fit or healthy. In the end it is not important what exactly you do as long as you're consistent and keep improving. The best workout is the one you'll actually stick to. The most efficient method won't help you if it doesn't resonate with you and you just do it 2 times. Find something that sounds like fun to you and try it out for a month or two. If you don't like it, do something else.
As for cooking your own meals: start with one healthy dish that you really like. I started with shakshouka for example. Cook it once or twice a week for a while. When you've learned how to cook that one thing well pick up another recipe. You don't have to make a drastic change right now. If you do it in steps you're giving yourself a chance to adapt and get used to your new lifestyle. I wish you good Luck
I found it really helped to film myself doing particular exercises because then you can re-watch it and get another perspective on your form and you'll know what to focus on for next time!
Lee baby steps!!!!! If you can learn how to do a few exercises right, then you are on track. There’s lots of videos on UA-cam that demonstrate how to do just one particular exercise, and how to do it right. You can look up lists of exercises from those expensive workout videos, then search up a video on how to do it yourself. Try and spot yourself in a mirror, even if it’s not a huge one. My biggest tip is that ANY exercise that involves bending your knees (like squats or lunges) should be done so that your knee always remains directly above your ankle. If your knee goes past your ankle and you can’t see your toes, you’ve gone too far. Diet is definitely much harder but my biggest tip is not to drink your calories. That includes soda, alcohol, and juice.

This video has seriously punched me in my soul. I’m watching this video and I’m seeing what’s wrong with my routine. When I look at my body I feel helpless. I really took what they said into consideration when they said that what you put into your body is fuel and if you don’t put the right fuel in it won’t function correctly. I admire MK so much it’s crazy how much stress and crazy she puts her body through. At first glance I thought she was crazy but like that’s extremely hard work and I want that. She is so happy, and she’s truly living her best life and a huge part of that is being healthy. I really want to transform my body and lead a healthier life style. I wish I could afford a nutritionist and personal trainer, but I’m going to do my best. If anybody has any tips on how to motivate myself and any meal plans and work out routines you think might work for me please reply to this comment. ( I am currently 5’5” 138.7 lbs and I have no idea what my body fat % is but I want to get down to 123.0 lbs ) ❤️❤️❤️
