As a white woman from the south, I just can’t with under seasoned food. My aunt made steak one day near Christmas and she didn’t season at all! It was very gross and I had to scrounge up some salt and pepper and put that on the steak. My grandpa and grandma made rub and tried to sell it, it was the best thing ever!

When Vivian took a bite of that Buffalo cauliflower I was like “Ooh! I hope that’s gluten free!” Then she said she forgot to check and my heart dropped! I understand girl as a fellow gluten free person. Glad it turned out to be!

@@Viv_Nwe I understand! I've known for 9 years now but my husband only found out a couple years ago and he would forget to check occasionally too. Unfortunately when he forgot it almost always contained gluten and he'd be sick for weeks.

As a vegetarian myself there are so many other meat substitutes than tofu that taste much better
As a vegan, it looks to me like they tried a lot of different meat substitutes! They tried the beyond burger, falafel, cauliflower buffalo wings, faux beef tips, sofritas in the burrito. Really happy about the representation in this video. Though, yes emma eats a really simple diet and doesn't diversify much- a lot of pickier eaters or people from disordered eating backgrounds tend to do that.

I never thought I'd find someone (emma) who likes eggs the way I like them, except my mother. I can't stand the runny yolk at all. I tried because everyone seems to be crazy about it, but nah I just don't like it. Now I like my eggs a little burnt, not too much though, if they're boiled the yolk better not be runny, but also not so hard that it changes that nice bright yellow color

Vivian, always crack your eggs on a flat surface, not on a corner. Not only can you end up with egg everywhere as you did, but you can also push up shell into the egg, risking shell bits, and risking bacteria from the shell transferring into your egg.
