Can the Wacom CIntiq 16 be used to edit/enhance pencil drawings?
If you can use a mouse, you can use the stylus. The Cintiq is a display that's pretty much an additional monitor for whatever you're currently using. Thanks for watching

You're welcome. Also, you can use this smaller, less expensive tablet from Wacom. You don't get a display, but still affective for drawing.You just have to use whatever computer monitor it's attached to. amzn.to/3gyhcs9
The lack of colour doesn’t bother you? I’m looking to upgrade to a Cintiq Pro just because I’m finding the 74% Adobe RGB to be insufficient for accurate edits, the Pro 16 is meant to be 90% Adobe RGB.
I definitely did a calibration and in most instances, my finishing color touches are done on another monitor. The device is great for portrait retouching, for sure. Particularly frequency separation. Thanks for watching and your comment 🤜🏽

Hi Ant, Only having just decided to go for a cintiq for photography how have you found it for masking or selections? I ask as this is the only reason I’d go for a screened tablet is for accuracy. Thanks in advance. Damen
Definitely zoom in for better results, but Photoshop has updated to make selections and edge refining so easy now. THANK YOU for watching and sharing my video

Thank you very much 👍 I may go for the cintiq 22 but the 16 seems enough for now. I have problems when it comes to masking with tablets, probably because I’m so used to a mouse, and it just seems the logical solution to me as I would rather use a tablet than mouse. Sounds odd I know but I have had the intuos pro for five years and I still can’t mask with it properly. Thank you again, and keep up the good work. Stay safe 👍👍
