I love that Taz said he thinks of his Sanji as someone who looks at all women with admiration and love due to his childhood experiences. It's not creepy or pervy, there's nothing sexual or threatening about his flirtations - he just wants to show every woman that she's admired and appreciated, which we see when Nami's sister shoots him down but he just smiles and lets it go. Taz really brought an unexpected warmth to him which is something the casting crew said too I believe. OG Sanji became a running gag and there's absolutely no way to bring that to the LA. Ironically, LA Sanji has me simping like OG Sanji 😂
Live action sanji is so much smoother than the anime version. I was not a fan of his og portrayal cuz he was so weird and different to Nami. Like he still is more flirty with her but he has a suave way to him and his friendship with the guys feels believable

Whether Sanji is anime character or a live action he’ll always be my favorite character in One Piece not just because he’s very attractive, kind hearted guy, kicking some butt without throwing a fist which I find it to be impressive, but damn he makes some really good food that just makes your mouth water even mine this is the kind of guy that I definitely need in my life.
The actor looks amazing with short hair. I understand he needs to have this long hairstyle in the show but... if he had short hair there, I would just die 😍😅
When they said they were making a live action, my only concern was Sanji because he is so complex but Taz nails how cool Sanji can be with how stupid and cringe Sanji can be, he is able to beat a guy up one minute and then make a complete ass of himself in front of Nami the next without it being too much, he plays the line very well

I loved ALL of them!!! I will always love Zoro the most because of his personality, but they way they adapted Sanji was perfect.
