A few dashes of ground white pepper

Some spring onion, chopped (optional ingredient)
Lo Mein (Noodles)

Another fantastic recipe by Roland, I just cooked this for lunch, I don't have soy bean paste so substituted it with miso paste, I hope it does the recipe justice 😬. Going to Kroger in the morning to get the couple of ingredients I’m missing. Love the idea of shallot oil! If the anchovies mix isn’t strong enough, use tinned anchovies and heat and mix until the anchovies just basically melt away. Another strong winner, my friend!!!
