I have never tried using fish sauce for stir frying vegetables, I have only used oyster sauce. A very mind blowing idea 😮 I will try it when i restock my veggies. Thank you for sharing! ❤
Another winning recipe from Spice N' Pans. I was in Singapore two weeks ago and came across the studio located in Centrepoint. Congratulations on your venture, I wish you every success in your new venture.
Thank you much for your support. That studio belongs to our collaboration partner. How we wish we have the funds to start a studio. That’d definitely be a dream come true! 😍😍😍
Tried this recipe. The sauce is great but I increased the sugar to 1tsp and omitted the dark soy sauce. Blanched my broccoli, cauliflower & carrot for about 2 mins. Perfect texture of the vegetables.

Instead of dicing garlic into minced - which is more of a hassle, why not slice the garlic bulb into thin strips, add the garlic strips into oil to cook and fuse the garlic taste into oil. Remove the garlic strip to set aside. Chinese stir fry the dish and introduce the garlic strips back in the end. You know in some cultures, people love to eat garlic (in skin) that is oven roasted? It’s the similar concept.
