- Finally one of my favorite time of the year. At least theme and atmosphere-wise :) I was saving the haunted house for almost a year so I really enjoyed this one and tried to take care of details a little bit more. Would you like to see another spooky theme this month?

I learned so much with your process videos over the years, one always has a wholesome feeling of achievement when finished. One thing I never understood however was how you place the roof tiles so smoothly. When I use snap to face project they sadly go all over the place and I have to skip that part.

How do u get the idea of making something like do u just open blender n get started or u preplan what the scene would look like previously?
He draws it first and takes references from real images or sometimes from toons...but yeah he draws the whole scene first(to know more sign in and take his course...there's also a free one but the paid one are really worth it)

This easily makes me think of either Nintendo's "Luigi's Mansion" series, or the level Big Boo's Haunt from "Super Mario 64" and its DS remake! I don't know if you have knowledge or interest in Nintendo, "Luigi's Mansion" series, and/or "Super Mario" series, but I would take my hat off to the fab-BOO-lously-nailed spooky aesthetic! :D Also, HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! [witch cackle] AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Nintendo went around me completely (it was hard to come by when I was a kid) and I never jumped on it later. Thanks for the tips though, I will probably research into that :)

I learned many things from the previous video.
But can't deal with the combination of mirror modifier and magnet ( don't know what it's called).

It's snapping :) You can set it up in the top of the viewport (switch to face snapping and don't forget to enable projection and rotation) and the mirror modifier has building set as a mirror center
@@polygonrunway also instead of creating edge cut lops u can select i to inset and scale it and grab it extremely useful as well
Once, I wanted to build something in Blender. Not a car or a building. Just a cube, and modify it's form, and guess what... All I managed to do was to scale it...😑

Hey how about making a night-bar scene (not club :) )? A nice cozy bar, with lots of bottles in the background, a nice bookshelf. Something like that. Moody lights, some nice stands, bartender "tools"

Hey when you added the dead tree and added skin modifier how did u make it skinny?
you can scale the vertex radius in edit mode with ctrl+A

i have a doubt... when i click E to extrude it does not work.
(1) Select the object you want to extrude
(2) go to edit mode
(3) select the area you want to extrude
(4) press E and drag it.
And make sure the litte magnet icon is not active ( i don't know what it is called)
