I have recently started watching your speaches. Very informative and thought provoking. Thanks for that! There is a technical error in what you said about GPS. Mobile phone is not sending any signals back to satelite. So it is not right to say that communicate between phone ans satelite. A phone or GPS device just receives the signal from 4 satelites, then it does find the delay in speed of signals and find exact distance to these satelits.Later use this data for trilateration and find exact position.
Exactly!! I was about to point out the same. GPS satellites are just doing a broadcast(like FM radio) and it is the duty of the receiver to understand these signals. Also theoretically we only need 3 satellites to get the position via the trilateration technique(as the name says) but the 4th one is used to check for the errors similar to plotting a line. We don't use two points to draw a line usually from an equation in a graph rather we use three points. This is for confirmation so that if you do any mistakes in calculating these points, it will not form a line and we could relook at our mistakes.

Stated plainly, the way your brain determines color relies on two things: the color of the object you're seeing and the color of the light source. The image was overexposed, meaning the light in the image overwhelmed the color of the subject. Parts of the dress were also in shadow. This all implies that the dress had a partial light makeup of bluish shadow, reflecting off the dress itself, and yellow light, from the store's bad lighting. Parts of the image also seem to indicate that the dress is backlit.
Depending on whether your brain saw the dress more in shadow or more in a direct light, you'd see the colors differently.

Thambi.. as you said, lord Kelvin told once.. the same way you are just ignoring the consciousness and spirituality and relation of that with physics..at some point of time later..consciousness and its existence will be proved and you will have to look back :) still hot researches are going on.. you can't still ignore their efforts like that based on existing hypothesis..

Then the probability of getting car from the last door is 2/3 and goat is 1/3. So he must change the door.
( but if the anchor is ignorant of the position of car and goat , then no advantage as the probability is 1/2.)

I have a doubt. The probability to get a car if I choose any one of the doors is 1/3 at the beginning. Then, you opened the door and found a goat. It is the same as setting the probability of getting the car when I open that particular door is zero. At that moment the probability of getting the car when I open the other two doors updated to 2/3. The probability to get the car when I open the other two doors is the same (2/3). Then why should I change my decision?
Changing your decision will just increase the chance of getting the prize.... Doesnt make victory 100%
Search for conditional probability. Opening the door and finding the goat changes the probability to 1/2 not 2/3. 2/3 is the probability of the event of changing your selection
