Following pregnancy, I observed my hair fall but I stayed calm. I acted to to control it. I chose a wellness-focused strategy.

These are the different tests to determine the deficiency and functionality of Vitamin B12:
1.Serum Vitamin B12 Level Test: Measures the level of B12 in the blood. Low levels indicate a deficiency, but normal levels do not necessarily rule it out, especially if there are symptoms.
2.Methylmalonic Acid (MMA) Test: Elevated levels of MMA in blood or urine can indicate a B12 deficiency. This is considered a more sensitive test than the serum B12 level.
3.Homocysteine Level Test: Elevated homocysteine levels can indicate a deficiency in B12, folate, or vitamin B6. It's often used in conjunction with MMA to diagnose B12 deficiency.
4.Complete Blood Count (CBC) and Peripheral Blood Smear: These can reveal anemia and changes in red blood cell size and shape (macrocytosis) that are associated with B12 deficiency.
5.Intrinsic Factor Antibodies Test: Used to detect pernicious anemia, a common cause of B12 deficiency. The presence of these antibodies indicates that the body is attacking its own stomach cells, which produce intrinsic factor necessary for B12 absorption.
6.Parietal Cell Antibodies Test: Checks for antibodies against stomach lining cells. These are often present in individuals with pernicious anemia.
7.Serum Holotranscobalamin (Active B12) Test: Measures the amount of active B12 in the blood. This is a newer test that can provide a more accurate assessment of B12 status than total serum B12 levels.

And i did so many tests including hormonal tets but all reports are normal except serum ferritin and vitamin D3

Its because of low stomach acid. Asd apple cider vinegar 1 spoon in a glass of water 1 hour before the meal
