The sock thing made me so happy, my wife and I also do the "put em all in a drawer and find a match every morning" thing, it's amazing
sock hunting makes me irrationally annoyed, so i just started buying all of the same socks. you cant have an odd one if they're all identical lol

Before prom my school would take some kids from the theater department to pretend to get into a drunk driving crash to scare people from drinking at prom, it was super stressful to actually act in but it was a lot of fun
I lost it when he started to pull the cartridge out and it just started exploding lol
My Street Law teacher in high school was like, "Hey kid, are you doing alright? You don't look so good, and you seem tired." And I was like "Yeah, I always look like this. I have insomnia, and I don't sleep well, and my immune system is terrible."
She was the best! She never got on my ass if I dozed off in class, and when I was a TA for her my senior year, she let me just chill at her desk and screw around on my phone. She even gave me a big ol bear hug at graduation. Best teacher ever!

Just so you know, my laptop bluescreened and forced an update on itself when you were talking about mismatched socks. So thanks for making me learn my machine hates disorganization.

did anyone end up telling you what the mock car crash was? basically it's just a scene put on around prom time to "show kids the dangers of drunk driving." My school had a legit helicopter carry the "victim" for a little bit while we went back inside to our classes
i don't personally make my bed for that dopamine hit, i just make it because looking at my scruffled ass bed pisses me off.
Kind of a weird habit i just started one day. never did it until i was like, 23.
I just wear whatever socks I have that are similar length so I'm constantly wearing socks that don't match.
I mean, that's a good idea, but why bother with pairs of socks? I mean, sure, if you're going for something important where you need to make a good impression, maybe wear a proper pair. But for most part... who the hell really cares if you're wearing odd socks, really? No one who really matters.
I also got teachers pulling me aside and saying that I looked tired and I was like "That's because you make me work for 5 hours here, and then I go home to another 1 and a half hours of more work."
Bro the mock car crashes thing was something the older students talked about but it never happened. I was always waiting to hear the PA system come on and just loud crash noises playing.
All socks i wear are completely black with a color stripe at the top. Sometimes i match them. Sometimes i just put them in the basket
