Something to consider: If Power Creep goes on as it is now, there may be a day where Arceus dropped out of Ubers and can now be used in the same tier as Quagsire.
Considering that it's literally the god of the pokemon world, i'm not surprised that Arceus was so busted despite all the things done in the later gens
Well it still remained busted. The changes are basically marketing , like Nintendo investing in your desire to see your fav legendary actually being the strongest monster in the game for some period of time till someone else's takes its place. That way they maintain a stable number of customers whereas you may feel or not feel like it to continue with every new genre.
Well, turns out having huge stats (with one of the highest-at least at the time-averages) with no weak links in your stat spread, massive versatility in your movepool and even the element of surprise and uncertainty even after team preview, would let you do whatever before the opponent realizes what you're up to would make a pretty good, future-proofed pokey man
I knew Arceus had some great stats, but given his reliance on his plates, I figured he would have been crippled but I guess not. Fun fact, if Arceus was every type, like in the lore, he'd still be weak to Rock-type moves.
@@seanhearn9616 Only 3 types resist rock (Ground, Steel, and Fighting), while 4 are weak to it (Flying, Ice, Fire, Bug), so 3 cancel out but one remains, so it's a 2x weakness.
I find that surreal that a Pokemon got banned to Anything Goes in an older generation even before the tier was created. I thought the tier was just a gen 6-onward thing (and even then, only for Mega Rayquaza).
And it was - Arceus was kind of on a limbo where it was classified as an Uber on the Smogdex but banned from there too, so it just had no tier in the end I guess. It was only formally declared AG years later
@@williamcox632 thanks! It’s the game that really got me into JRPGs. I probably like some other games more than the OG Xenoblade now, but Xenoblade 1 will always hold a very special place in my heart.
Pokemon Legends: Arceus: Hmm... seems like God's not strong enough yet. Let's give it a plate that CHANGES TYPES DEPENDING ON WHAT'S SUPER EFFECTIVE AGAINST THE OPPONENT.
With the legend plate potentially coming soon, we could see a set of judgment, calm mind, recover and then a choice of either substitute/iron defense/refresh. A set that’s nearly impossible to kill but kills nearly everything. Extreme killer arceus is a thing of the past, soon everyone will fear GOD KILLER ARCEUS.
Gen 5's coverage is spot-on. Gen 5 was an extremely defense-oriented, war of attrition Meta-game throughout the tiers. Passive damage from spikes/rocks, Poison, Leech Seeds, Burns and Sandstorms. But yeah, when you have THOSE base stats and a move-pool only rivaled by Mew and Smeargle, sprinkling in the ability to become essentially any needed Mono-type. Arceus pushed passed his new difficulty and showed just how versatile throwing literal God in the mix was.
Just imagine if the Legends Arceus ability was implemented into the core series. Become any type WHILE holding a different item. God can't help you, because the one you're against IS God.
Remember, Arceus is only using one of his plates to give you peasants a chance, hell he takes no plates when you catch him cuz he actually wants to hang out -not totally because he accidentally lost them in random locations across the region- The fact Judgement only has a 100 base power means hes only using like 1/infinite of his true power
Hopefully the competitive meta gives him much more I feel that Arceus is an underrated god in my opinion. It should be in AG And hopefully pokémon legends do it justice or give it a new form that unleashes its full potential.
The most memoral thing about arceus is when he destroyed Dialga, Palkia, Giratina in movie 12 while screaming his favorite catchphrase, "You all shall be brought to justice"
Maybe one day a pokemon movie will be released thats "Godzilla: Kill All Monsters" but just Arceas going around annihilating his strongest creations. He will of course slap Silvally into the Sydney Opera House
Arceus has higher usage in 7.Gen AG though. More versatile, more reliable, and barely weaker than Mega Rayquaza with the offensive sets. Arceus sweats profusely, but wins.
Before I even watch this, I already know False Swipe will be mentioning Extreme Killer Arceus with Life Orb, Swords Dance, Extreme Speed, Shadow Claw, and Earthquake. A thing of nightmares.
I just want it to be buffed. Multi-attack is 120 now. Judgment should be 120 base to fit the theme. It’s a mythical Pokémon that’s banned in tournaments so it should be allowed to be very broken.
@@skeetermania3202 still feels wrong, and again it’s already banned from a ban list, It’s not like it’d hurt anything unless AG is supposed to be considered a real tier?
@@gergelyzoltansarkany8930 Basically, the Legend Plate changes Arceus's type whenever a different target is selected with Judgement, the type is determined if it's best suited offensively and defensively against the selected target. So in short, Judgement will always have STAB and a type advantage.
@@michaelgum97 with a plate like that who the hell needs coverage? Judgement basically acts as THE coverage. Definitely can see Arceus running 3 support moves with Judgement. The whole other Arceus types checking one another kinda makes me curious how "creative"/hyper optimized an all Arceus single/doubles format would be, only restriction being all Arceus types be unique.
normal has never been a bad type, with mew & mewtwo banned many gen 1 OU teams featured 3 Normal Types & 3 Psychic types, sometimes 3 Normal Types & 1 Psychic type with 1 Ground & 1 Zapdos , gen 2 was ruled over by Snorlax, & Skarmbliss was obiquitous in generations 3 & 4, gen 5 brought Arceus & eviolite Chansey into play & no cap in gen 6's limited time Inverted types formats evioloite Munchlax was a major threat, while gen 7's VGC rules changes brought Snorlax back into viability . . . though if you did remove Arceus & the Snorlax & Chansey lines from the game you'd only be left with the sad tale of the fall of Tauros & Togekiss abandoning the Normal Type to become a Fairy
@@Marcusjnmc I knew some normal types were strong, but since Snorlax was dethroned it has slowly fallen off and is now pretty rare in competitive. Gen 1 was the peak of normal types, but Gen 2 was mostly Snorlax, in Gen 3 Normal’s only role was special tank (Snorlax and Blissey, the most common, were special walls although Blissey was more pure wall than Lax), in Gen 4 it was mostly Blissey (in early meta and still viable later on) and Clefable (Clefable is a new addition to the meta, it would be OU but tier changes closed due to Gen 5 when Clef rose, also happened to take Blissey’s role), and then Normal types kinda fell off in Gen 5 (Eviolite Chansey and Blissey had limited usage and Clefable was RU with no comeback like Gen 4), Gen 6 was the same thing although Chansey rose and stole Blissey’s role entirely (Eviolite MUNCHLAX though? I thought that thing fell off since Gen 4 LC) and Gen 7 was mostly the same as gen 6 (except the Snorlax VGC thing). Gen 8 Blissey swapped with Chansey yet again but still same role. Outside of a couple exceptions, Normal was a rare type due to a lack of offensive presence against key types and had no resists except Ghost (only especially common in Gen 8). Please let me know if I missed key Pokemon (I skipped Arceus because it’s an Uber and it had that ESpeed SDance combo). But yeah normal type is basically Snorlax and Chansey lines, Arceus, and then Tauros’s fall and Togekiss (ruler of early VGC) changing to a fairy type before it reached it’s peak viability (Maybe it’s proof Normal is worse because switching helped Togekiss but uh…) (It was Gen 4 OU but that was short-lived)
@@0RatedChess Inverse is a very different format, eviolite bulk up Munchlax was a monster there, it's only weakness is ghost & it hits ghost types super effectively with nothing resisting it, it was a win condition on it's own.
Damn, I'll never get tired of watching Pokémon Battle Revolution's animation for Arceus' judgement move. It truly does feel like God smiting down sinners from heaven!
And keep in mind: Arceus is holding back a LOT. In Pokemon Conquest-a criminally underrated crossover between Pokemon and the Nobunaga's Ambition series of strategy RPGs-Arceus is held over the player's head as a McGuffin, essentially being able to alter reality at will for anyone that can earn an audience with the deity, provided that they prove themselves in battle. It's like Shenron if all the rules were there just because Shenron felt like it. And when you recruit Arceus, it more than lives up to the hype. Its ability alone gives it passive regen, a free dodge chance, and the ability to just ignore its enemies' typings when they're inconvenient to deal neutral damage instead. Yes. It even bypasses immunities. Now imagine what would happen if Game Freak released an Arceus with that ability, and be thankful for the mercy of Arceus.
And in Legends Arceus we know now that the base 720 Arceus we've used is only a part of it. They just wanted to give all their children a chance to have fun and join in.
Well this was a pleasant surprise to see. Merry Christmas to FSG and all of what you do in these videos. Also since next Sunday is the 1st and I don’t think a video is coming tomorrow, I want to take this time to say thank you for those competitive videos. It’s been a great year and I’m looking forward to what next year has to offer
@@ezradianadieuveille4676 yeah but since FSG released a video today, I highly doubt we’re getting one tomorrow too. Especially with a video covering a mon like Arceus
I personally pronounce it Ar-cee-us, but I hear a lot of Ar-key-us or Ar-kay-us too. An interesting one is Ar-zeus (like zeus, the greek god). Given how many different possible name origins the word contains I don't really think there is a definitive correct answer.
It's finally here. The Pokemon God itself, Arceus. And man, do I miss Pokemon Conquest and the Omnipotent ability it had there. That ability let it do normal effective damage against rock, steel, and ghost types, gave it recovery every turn (Life Force), let it sometimes dodge attacks (Instinct), and let it climb up high places (Mountaineer).
It's definitely an effect of the lack of VGC, along with it being absent from gen 8 and mostly absent from gen 4, meaning it really only has gen 5, 6, and 7 where it exists.
There's also a bit of a power creep effect going on over time. As the game progresses, more and more niches that Arceus CAN fill end up better filled by something else. Like, a really good case is Arceus Steel. Arceus Steel was incredibly popular gens 4-6, but during gen 7, Necrozma-Dusk Wings kinda stepped in to a lot of the roles Arceus Steel held. Arceus Steel is pretty much only worth using if you really need the speed, or want to compress Defog or some other specific utility move onto your bulky Steel post Dusk Mane.
You know, I've always thought it would be fun to have an Arceus draft gamemode where each player picks six of the types and they build an Arceus for each type and then battle them.
Ah yes, Christmas, best known for being Arceus' son's birthday. But instead of a birthday party for the son, let's celebrate how strong Arceus is! Jokes aside, I've been lomg awating this day! Merry christmas to everyone at FSG!🎄
Most likely. Having 120 base stat around the board make him extremely hard to deal with already, and only reason he is designated to being a bull over sweep most of the time because of his typing, being stick to one type making him easier to deal with. Legend Plate solves that problem by allowing him to always be type effective against opponent’s mon, so with Legend Plate, Arceus become a decently bulky sweeper that can out speed and out gun most mons.
A Constantly shifting type Legendary that Deals 120 Base damage with GUARENTEED SUPEREFFECTIVE HITS EVERY TURN... Yeah, busted, the only thing holding him back is he can't hold an Item...which isn't that bad when you look at Mega Pokemon and Z Moves.
Lol I remember one guy on this channel called Arceus' stat and movepool "disappointing". I hope he's watching this. For real tho, it was Arceus who started the "banned from Uber" thing first, it was Arceus who is considered the second best Pokemon in ORAS AG, and it was Arceus who can check even Mega Rayquaza, but people who never watched or played competitively just conveniently forget about the True Lord. He's one of the most feared sweeper, one of the best spin-blocker, one of the sturdiest wall. He's not just the jack-of-all-trade, He's the master-of-all. Now I hope people would appreciate Arceus' impact on the competitive single scene more, and stop saying stuffs like "bUt oNLy mEgA raY hAS bEeN baNneD fRoM ubEr"
Mega Ray is also highly overrated. Actually in the 6 gen, at one point Arceus-Normal was considered better than Mega Ray. So in Gen 6 Mega Ray wasn’t even that much more overpowered than anything else. Otherwise all other megas would have been made unviable yet that was not the case as Mega Gengar was still a really good mega despite the opportunity cost of not running Mega Ray. Mega Ray still had to compete with Arceus-Normal, who had amazing bulk and recovery and damage, and Darkrai, who was very scary without sleep clause. In Gen 7 Mega Ray was the firm “best Pokémon” because Darkrai, and Arceus-Normal got worse and Mega Ray’s checks such as Xerneas and Klefki also got much worse.
@@garlicbreadloaf so, after putting some thought to it, I think I understand why Zacian-C is busted. This is kinda like the Fairy Type as a whole in gen 6, when they were created to counter the best Type in the game at that time: Dragon. Consequently that made Fairy the next OP type, culminating in Xerneas being one of the best Pokemon ever created. In gen 7 they made Solgaleo and Necrozma DM, maybe as a way to try and balance Xerneas, and now Zacian-C and Zamazenta-C. But due to that, they screwed up again, in the effort of making a Pokemon that can beat Xerneas, they made a Pokemon that can also beat everything below Xerneas, making it the next busted one. Behemoth Blade is just Necrozma DM's Sunsteel Strike, but coming off from a Pokemon with much better speed, typing AND Intrepid Sword. Good job GF
legends confirms one thing: the arceus we know, powerful as it may be to us... is a tiny piece of the original one. hell, arceus is just what we call this thing. this tiny piece has been destroying everything. even if there might be stronger than this piece, the true arceus is something so powerful we mortals can never grasp its true power.
@@23Raind lol no. Tf this is no longer headcanon, it was literally confirmed. In the description of the last mission, it was literally written "obtain a piece of Arceus" also, given the lore behind Arceus, its rings that obviously implies restrictions to its power plus the fact that its true name is not even Arceus, its fair to say that it was referring to the entity itself not the plates. You're probably the only one who believed that 😂
Merry Christmas FSG! Man, it was really UNFORTUNATE how Abra and Eevee were banished from the Trophy Garden because they disobeyed Arceus telling them to not eat the Oran Berries there! But come on! We all knew Giratina was behind it; he even shapeshifted into an Ekans to persuade them into eating in the first place!
@@milesstorzillo3013 I was referencing the story of Adam & Eve in the Garden of Eden. The basic gist is that a man and a woman, Adam and Eve, were living there and God told them they could reside there as long as they didn't give into the sin of temptation by eating fruit from the tree of life nor the tree of the knowledge of good & evil there. However, Satan, while under the guise of a snake, was able to persuade them to eat the forbidden fruit anyway and for sinning against God's will, the two humans were banished. It's one of the more well-known religious stories, especially in the Book of Genesis. And Giratina is often seen as Pokemon's equivalent of the Devil, so I just used Abra and Eevee since their names are close enough to Adam and Eve.
In previous video’s comment sections, I’ve talked about how some Pokémon would be extremely strong in past generations they weren’t usually available in. Case in point... Arceus with GSC mechanics is freaking horrifying. Imagine the usual Extreme Killer set, but with the ability to hold Leftovers, maxed out EVs in *every* stat (suck on that Farceus), 32 PP Recover instead of 16, and even less residual damage.
Honestly, this is the best way to show how different types impact the pokemon they are on. All of the forms of arceus only differ in type, but they had many different uses from each other.
@@jourdanfarquharson4697 sadly I think it’s intentional. Bug has been thrown a bone precisely once, with Dark type, but came at the cost of its extremely valuable Supereffective against poison, And Steel and Fairy dunk on it too
The problem there is that Ghost and Dark deal super effective damage against psychics too and are much better types defensively and in terms of utility.
My favourite Arceus set was Wallceus. Arceus normal with will-o-wisp, roar, recover, and refresh. With the lack of special fighting types, almost nothing could break through it without chip damage or fast taunters.
Wonder if you could still do this with the rampant Tricksters, or if you would need to run as Darkceus for immunity, but then that would open up weaknesses. Although, it would have already been weak to Fighting, but that weakness to fairy is no joke
Probably a product of it's limited competitive story (it's status as mythical bans them from VGC) as well as the fact that FSG didn't go into big detail with every single form, just the most relevant ones from each Gen.
May God himself reign over all of the competitive scene, clearly, the greatest/most versatile pokemon ever added into the game. Merry Christmas everyone and thank the god himself Arceus for bringing holidays upon us! Edit: POG THE VIDEO GOT TRENDING IN GAMING
I wasn't expecting Arceus, you could have waited for legends to come out, it would be the perfect time for that, but the sooner the better. And it's also a great Christmas present not gonna lie
@@amoxity6204 i still think it would be too strong for OU, Ekiller being able to basically revenge kill anything not immune to it, CM Darkceus being able to beat stall once Unaware Clefable is down, and it would be way too unpredictable courtesy of its ability and tons of sets. Even with Ev Limitations there's no way it wouldn't be in Ubers still.
Maybe some formes, like bug or psychic, could be OU. They would be very comparable to Mew i think. But other formes are more on the lines of Zamazenta-C : too versatile, hard to break through, strong, very fast, vast moovepool, ability to select their checks... Bad types arceus might be acceptable though, especially if they have bad stabs too. Arceus bug especially since it cannot run boots. But very unsure since moveset diversity would most likely be too favorable for arceus user thus making it broken.
@@echogaia1708 it will basically be a slightly stronger silvally with 100s instead of 95s in the stats and wider movepool, would that much of a difference send it straight to Ubers?
@@amoxity6204 i would still say yes, just cause it has a way wider movepool than Silvally's, can basically invest 100 evs in every stat, have two way of boosting stats, can restore its health, can just sweep things with +2 Extreme Speeds etc... etc... Silvally would never come close to the versatility of Arceus.
Kyurem would make a great Christmas special as....well........ it's ice type and Zekrom and Reshiram already got their vid. So Kyurem would be great. Weavile was already done but a remake would be cool. Also it's FSG.
Technically Silvally is a "man-made-god", in that the Aether Foundation was simply trying to replicate Arceus' power. Arceus Jr. would either be the Creation Trio, or Mew
"After the pre-battle tintinnabulation is completed, please stare in pure, unadulterated horror and ominous presentiment at what is unequivocally the best and most versatile Pokemon in the game. Dare not incur Arceus's divine wrath, or else the consequences shall be severe and merciless, and life shall become but an evanescent wisp."
If Arceus was Normal or Dark, Shadow Rider would be screwed like hell due to resisting (or being immune to) Astral Barrage and the only super effective (and reasonably solid) coverage attack is Pollen Buff for Dark (Double Kick doesn't count as an "solid" coverage) Shadow Rider IS faster than Arceus (unless holding Choice Scarf, then Ghost Arceus could wreck Calyrex), buf it needs to OHKO it unless Calyrex will faint (it isn't as bulky as you would think it is; especially in Ubers) Ice Rider can be blocked by any Arceus that would resist the incoming Glacial Lance (especially Steel since it also resists Psychic, and Judgement would be supereffective against Ice Rider; of course that is true to Fire too, excluding resisting Psychic). But Ice Rider has a Ground attacks to temper, especially High Horsepower. But since it's quite slow, that could be used against it. And Zacian... Fire Arceus resists both STABs, plus the only coverage for Fire types that Zacian has is... Dig. Yeah, that's all. Just Dig. So, welp... there aren't many Fire-type walls in the Ubers metagame (if there are some at all), but Arceus-Fire could serve as a perfect counter to Zacian (Alpha Pokemon knows Earthquake, of course)
It would be an okay shadow rider check but easily worn into pollen puff range from specs or setup variants, although nice against scarf. It wouldn't do much against zacian. The only form that would take all the coverage zac ran would be fire, and being stealth rock weak ruins that. It would be a solid support mon but I think in general it would be too easily revenged to be a good sweeper, and would likely fall back into mostly suppory roles.
Arceus did make a pokemon so strong that not even it could defeat it. Through the holy mother, Mew, a child was born of the creator. And it is on this day that we celebrate it's birth. Happy Mewtwomas everyone!

His domination was told in the book of Wobbuffet that he would go old testament on ubers.
To be honest as the god of the gods, it deserved to be uber
Well, turns out having huge stats (with one of the highest-at least at the time-averages) with no weak links in your stat spread, massive versatility in your movepool and even the element of surprise and uncertainty even after team preview, would let you do whatever before the opponent realizes what you're up to would make a pretty good, future-proofed pokey man
Considering that it's supposed to be the "god" of pokemon, I say it's nowhere near busted enough.

Otherwise all other megas would have been made unviable yet that was not the case as Mega Gengar was still a really good mega despite the opportunity cost of not running Mega Ray. Mega Ray still had to compete with Arceus-Normal, who had amazing bulk and recovery and damage, and Darkrai, who was very scary without sleep clause. if Arceus kept this ev limitations in further gens would it be still strong? Probably yes.
Arceus would be in OU
I was expecting Kyurem or Weavile, but this is a pleasant gift.
Merry Christmas FSG!
Kyurem would make a great Christmas special as....well........ it's ice type and Zekrom and Reshiram already got their vid. So Kyurem would be great. Weavile was already done but a remake would be cool. Also it's FSG.
What better way to spend Christmas, than with your family watching the long awaited FSG Arceus video 😂❤
We did get Arceus Jr. in the form of Silvally in Gen 7 if that's saying anything
I was just thinking about Arceus competitively today. False Swipe gaming has read my mind.
False Swipe Gaming thank you for this Christmas present! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone!
Ya know... Kyurem would have been fine.. But ARCEUS?!?!?! Now that was worth it!
I wish Arceus was in Gen 8, i want to see how it would have changed in a meta with Calyrex and Zacian(if it wasn't banned).
If Arceus was Normal or Dark, Shadow Rider would be screwed like hell due to resisting (or being immune to) Astral Barrage and the only super effective (and reasonably solid) coverage attack is Pollen Buff for Dark (Double Kick doesn't count as an "solid" coverage)
Shadow Rider IS faster than Arceus (unless holding Choice Scarf, then Ghost Arceus could wreck Calyrex), buf it needs to OHKO it unless Calyrex will faint (it isn't as bulky as you would think it is; especially in Ubers)
Ice Rider can be blocked by any Arceus that would resist the incoming Glacial Lance (especially Steel since it also resists Psychic, and Judgement would be supereffective against Ice Rider; of course that is true to Fire too, excluding resisting Psychic).
I mean technically Arceus is in gen 8 (BDSP and Legends Arceus)
Imagine Arceus with dynamax
@@Oscarus4250 arceus can't hold a choice scarf because it needs the spooky plate to be a ghost type
You keeping up the God meme for so long in the video is the biggest W, kudos on that deadpan humor
FSG has given us the best Christmas gift imaginable.
What a surprise! Merry Christmas False Swipe Crew, thank you for the excellent content!
Me: Oh, what a beautiful christmas day to just do nothing and-
FSG: Get in loser, we're analyzing God!
I was not expecting a False Swipe game on Christmas! So happy! And it’s Arceus! Wow thanks man!
Extreme killer of a video this is, Merry Christmas FSG!
Kellen gives us God on Jesus' birthday. Fitting.
Merry Christmas to all you FSG watchers.
Holy Arceus, they did it. The madlads actually did it.
Seeing the Ultra Necrozma cutscene followed by “It doesn’t effect Dark Arceus” was funny
“Beyond the reach of all but those whose action replays allowed them to scale the ladder” I swear this guy is way too good and funny a narrator
i put this on to listen to but the endless clips of him just 1 tapping everything that came in front of him was unironically mesmerizing
Thank goodness I’m not the only one
Archeus in the game: "perfectly balanced as all things should be"
Archeus in the manga:
"Why are the reverse avengers here?"
Arceus in the anime: "You dare overstep your mortal authority!?"
Arceus did make a pokemon so strong that not even it could defeat it.
Through the holy mother, Mew, a child was born of the creator.
And it is on this day that we celebrate it's birth.
Happy Mewtwomas everyone!
Silvally sacrifice his love for everyone
Fake news. Mewtwo was born on February 6th
Arceus ran Mewtwo over like a dump truck, only to get decapitated by Great Wolf Fetch Doggo.
Talonflame next. It’s fall off is unprecedented
Yeah they killed that pokemon off so quickly it doesn't make sense.
Talonflame? More like Talonlame. XD
Gen 6+ mons are banned until all the mons of the first 5 gens are covered
@@roninwarriorsfan including LC and nfe mons ?
@@roninwarriorsfan I dunno. There are some Gen 6 Pokémon who can definitely have a decently long video now that we’re two years into Gen 8.
Some examples include Aegislash, Noivern, Diggersby, and Sylveon.
Silvally: You took everything from me!
Arceus: I don't even know who you are.
Anyone remember the Smogon entries for the Arceus forms for D/P and B/W? Those were always great to read. Just epicly written whilst still explaining it's strengths, weaknesses and checks? Good times..
Oh boy I hope we get a Sunflora episode for Christmas!!
"Arceus"
Oh....
Well, we have the Legend Plate now, and everything we're talking about is but a mere fragment of Their blessed majesty.
Merry Christmas!
Surprised how you managed to stuff in all the main Arceus types into one, good job!
-Mega-Rayquaza: "I'm the first pokemon banned from Ubers!"
Arceus:
So it turns out you do not capture Arceus.
Arceus just gives you a part of it (and gave himself those stats because he wanted). You never really catch God. God just allows you to use a mere fraction of its power.
I love Legends Arceus. They give Arceus it’s place as the one and only God.
