Thank you
I love the movement exercise before meditating to wake up your body
Thanks Shervin, I hope it works well for you!
Been coming to this channel for two, three years? I lost count. I have very similar interest in and perspective on the mind and body. It feels like the exact videos that I need.
It's been tremendously productive to follow you. I wish you all the best.
Thanks so much, glad they have been helpful!
Thank you so much for sharing. Going to try it💫
Incredible thank you so much for this session
Thank you just got mine and OMG its soo useful ! Its such a great idea to sync up with yr brain for people that can take the ups and down with the quite and the noise !
Glad it was helpful Vr Fitness!
Thanks for making this extremely motivating video Dr. Raul!
My pleasure!
Great video, very informative. Muse 2S has helped me a great learn the basics and see how it works. I’ll be using your techniques to try and get deeper in the experience
I hope that you find peace in every moment and every situation that you face, stay strong and be brave, you are all unique and wonderful
Very kind ^^
Great video!! Thank you so much!
Thanks Audrey!
I had never heard the term nimitta before this, but I have experienced this many times in meditation. I’ve only had them when I incorporate some breath work before my main meditation session. These are always my best sessions and I feel really good when I’ve done them.
Could you give more details please, what kind of breath work promotes the appearance of nimitta?
You are a hero, you made huge work this is for most humans impossible. Thank you and keep do it
Whoa Michael thanks!
I have Burnt my brain through masturbation, I have bipolar, adhd, focus problems, mood swings, loss of motivation, do you think muse s will help me?
@@saisanaka8192 yes, it will for sure. Initially, focus on the root chakra only (the annus) and think that it is giving you creative energy. It is not muse that is helping, it is your kind and loving thoughts. While focussing on the root think not about you but about your close ones and how you would make their life better and provide joy to them. Gratitude meditation will help you. And God is watching and there for you.
Hi from Germany Dr. Cody,
1000 thanks from the bottom of my soul for your passion and your inspiration?✌🤗
Thank you Habederix
Doc, U rock! ❤
Your previous video convinced me to get the muse 2, and I still had a few questions that you answered in this video :) I started to practice some Joe Dispenza meditations like the blessing of the energy centers not long ago, and I love the idea to use that as priming! I can't wait to experience these powerful emotions! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience 🙏🏻
That's amazing Darzon, you are welcome!
La respiracion es como el mejor amigo que tienes o Como una cosa hermosa y disfruta respirar.
Very interesting Dr. Rall!
Thanks :D
Is this able to graph epsilon and lambda frequencies?
Does anyone know if an extra electrode can be connected to the Muse S like the Muse 2? I want to be able to measure my parietal lobe during meditation
Greetings from Xico Mountains in 🇲🇽
Hi Itzae :)
Although some of these instructions are solid for the beginner, it is not all necessary. What is most important is that you are truly calm and relaxed. Also, being comfortable is great, but remember this: Meditation is also used during moments of distress. If you are not comfortable being uncomfortable during meditation, how can you meditate during a anxiety attack. If you want to conquer things fast, practice when you are uncomfortable as well. Start like he states in the video to get familiar with the feeling, but once you got that, practice when bad shit is happening in your head. Trust me... you can do it. You can do anything! Don’t give up on yourself! There’s more to this btw. If you deep enough, they will come to you.
Hello Dr Rall I stumbled on to your UA-cam channel and so glad I did. It combines my 2 passions of neurofeedback and meditation. Great stuff!
I'm a neueofeedback trainer using the NeurOptimal system. I am really curious if you have ever tried it before? I call it meditation on steroids!....lol
I think you would find it very interesting. its a real paradigm shift for how neurofeedback is done.
Anyway keep up the good work and the great content!
Thanks for the suggestion Bob! I'll look into NeurOptimal
@@CodyRallMD great!
Great info ! Thank you so much !
So when the namitta comes up and starts moving left and right you still keep focusing on third eye instead of following the namita ?
Also what is a namitta ? Energy ? Connection to the spirit ?
Hi Dr. Rall in 4:45 you talk about Meditation Technics from Dr. Wheels or so but I can't find the link in the description - can you please give it to me ? Thanks.
Go for Dr Andrew Weil 4 7 8 Breathing technique
Which program within the Muse app are you using?
One thing I still do not know -
1. Did you recommend this after taking food or before eating anything? I have observed on muse data that the heart rate goes a bit up because of the digestive process after eating.
2. Is doing muse meditation the first thing in morning advisable (after clearing your system and exercises) or we should take a shower first.
My questions may seem stupid but please provide guidance on these aspects.
Hi Bhaskar! I do my neurofeedback first thing in the morning before showering or anything. On an empty stomach. I only eat in the evening (fasting all day). I think eating makes your mind sluggish and should not be done before meditation.
Super cool my man.
Thanks Bradley!
How interesting! It reminds me of the pineal gland meditation of Dr. Joe Dispenza.
I honestly think he got a lot of those practices from Kriya Yoga. I will definitely be looking more into it and ask him if I get a chance.
@@CodyRallMD Thank you! This is a realy interesting topic!
I really need to work on activating the centers, I can focus on them but there's no pop for me, any other tip for that?
Focus on the space around them and try to create a free space vacuum within them with your mind. Still working on that explanation so bear with me!
I have found it always takes about 20 minutes to get all of the junk out of my head. Once that is gone, meditation can start. It is a weird thing to try and describe. I try to pull the energy from my pineal towards my spine.
The first link is not working. I myself am interested in what information it has over these 'chakras'
agree
Thanks! I just fixed the link in the description
How do you spell "nammitta"?
Can you use a Joe Dispenza Meditation at the same time as using the muse s.
Yes for the calm parts
Ive tried the blessing of the energie centers everyday for 6 months and didnt feel anything.. does the muse s helps to get it right?
No, I wouldn't say that the Muse "fixes" that.
Ive always had one question when meditating. Where do you place your eyes?
They should be relaxed and forward facing. It should mostly be just your attention that moves.
May I email you Dr.?
Im really confused and distracted by the army pattern tank and tattoo haha 😅
Center your mind. Do not be distracted by flashy objects. lol
What is the name of the device he is wearing? If does not look like the Muse 2..
That's the Muse S, Jose. It came out after the Muse 2.
what is the best device to practice and track jhanas meditations?
Muse with Mind Monitor
It's so frustrating because at the break in each breath, I end up getting heavy rain. It's frustrating.
A bit turned off by the title... but will see if there's anything I can learn here.
Got to satisfy those quick browsers
Correct Link to get the pdf shown at 13:49 www.techforpsych.com/muse-meditation-mastery/
Thanks! I just fixed the link in the description
You don't need the Muse for anything he mentions in this video. In fact, any feedback other than your emotions/feelings will be a distraction in the meditation to experience Nimmitta.
But I think it can help with the basics to get beginners engaged in Meditation and experience Nimmitta later. Thanks for the comment.
you're obviously all about selling stuff... how can any fan trust you?
he knows that the headband doesn't last 4 months and you have to pay a fortune for it... at the very least he's dishonest.
Why not just meditate without the electronics wired to your head? Just follow the breath and slow the breath down to 6 or less per minute. It is free and you do not have to worry about it breaking down and getting tech support via email to fix things. No subscriptions, no advertisements, no headaches.
Worst meditation Video I have ever seen. You talk too much about yourself. You keep quoting Andrew Weil , this is supposed to be a Video on the usage of Muse.
