The smoothie sounds amazing. My daughter maintains an extremely healthy lifestyle: diet -she enjoys a lot of smoothies. I’m going to tell her about this one. Maybe we can enjoy it together while I’m visiting her. I am having a hard time right now because my daughter and son-in-law live in Palm Springs and the dryness is really affecting my respiratory issues. I have Sjogren’s syndrome primary Sjogren’s syndrome, and I am suffering a great deal right now also having some mental issues so smoothies are a great option. I love chickpeas I will probably try chickpeas, roasted in the oven. That sounds really good as well. I’m glad I found your channel. I have been suffering from Sjögren’s and Ron must my life. I’m sure it was only diagnosed in my early 40s I am 60 years old now. I also enjoy a lot of sweet potatoes. I always have love them, but definitely have been eating more of them for health reasons, but they are so tasty. Thank you for all of these recipes and for all of your helpful information regarding autoimmune diseases.
I’ll try the chick peas for sure, but might try all of these.

For chick peas I use the raw ones that you have to soak
Smoothie, chick peas, pudding, sweet potato. These sound great. I am not a fan of kale, but I like the pain even less. Might even try that
I had an appointment with my rheumatologist yesterday and told her about your videos.
