What did you think of the Outer Wilds? What was your favourite planet? Let me know below!
The best planet is no doubts the ash twin or the one with the black hole in it also you have to play the dlc
@@JB-hq8gq Yeah, it's on my list at some point :)
Oh a note about the Harthians is that they are all well gender neutral not sure how to word it but they are referred to as they neither male nor female. Asexual in that.
Another thing about the realistic space flight in the game the Nomai shuttles use realistic space flight & can be used to land on planets kinda like real life you'll need the planets to align & then fly to meet the target in the middle using the orbit to do so which is pretty cool.
Another thing you can learn about the whole of life in he wee solar system in the game is that all the life we find in the game likely originated from the planet that Dark Bramble grew on as we see it had well the Angler Fish, Jelly fish & likely the Fish which the species we play as originates from meaning that in the death of one planet life started on 3 others. Its also likely that for a while the Hourglass twins had life due to this but it died out before the Nomai arrived as well they are fossilised. The only life that exists in the game that doesn't originate from the Ice planet is likely the Centipedes in dark Bramble which could've came from another planet which fell to the weed.
Damn, that's some interesting information! Thanks for sharing!
@@LucidLetsPlay Most of this I learnt from the Channel Lore Explorer & he has a bunch of videos on the easter eggs & hidden lore of the game. I've linked the channel www.youtube.com/@TheLoreExplorer
Awesome, I'll check it out :)
Ah the video I've been waiting for. Truly a Unique game that I think can be kinda experienced twice (Like I replayed it recently & had forgoten most of it but some things stay like I could finish the game quickly but the mysteries are mostly forgotten & how to reach most of it.) But it is unique & I played it back when I was 1st year & to return to it in my lower 6th year made me remember so much about it & the theories I had about what was happening before I had answers. A wonderful game.
Interesting! I would imagine playing this game at a young age would have been such a different experience to how I played it! Thanks for watching :)
Please do the DLC. I found it really interesting, if at times pretty annoying.
I agree, the main game was little frustrating at times! Thanks for the vote on the DLC too! :)
Nice done!
1 misconception: Vessel receive FRESH interstellar messages (about dying Universe), but his antenna is no longer could send a signal to other Nomai clans.
We could read, that our Vessel disappeared ages ago and become a legend now.
An interesting theory for sure!
outer wilds is my favorite game EVER. i’d love to see you play the DLC. it’s a bit scarier but there’s so much stuff to explore
Yeah I've heard it's a bit spooky! I'm looking forward to it!
Honestly id love to see you stream, especially for developers watching you play, this could be incredebly valuable feedback
Thanks! I've been meaning to do some more livestreams when I have time, so watch this space!
(responding your question about Mica) They!
Hearthians only have one gender (or no gender, depending on how you look at it) and are always referred to as they/them in game. Unlike the Nomai which are all referred to as she or he.
Ahh, good to know!
HAL? The guys name was HAL? Like HAL the computer? In 2001?
Yeah! Hal is a common name, in video gaming at least. Like, Hal Emmerich from the famous Metal Gear Solid series.
@@LucidLetsPlay All Hartian names are minerals names. So, Hal is some mineral
Oh I didn't know that, thanks for sharing! :)
Definitely do one on Echoes of the Eye.
I'm hoping to find the time eventually!
