Would be helpful if you could get the guest to dry a part of it for themselves not the same to have someone else do it as we can’t take you home with us
This is exactly all us curly girls hair problems who want smooth hair. The hair is always damaged from heat- and will never change unless we stop the heat. Her hair is beautiful from the blow dry styling - one step outside in the humid weather and it’s back to frizz city.
I don’t understand why everyone is so impressed with this. Granted, he did a great job and her hair looks lovely. But as a frizzy haired girl I know that anyone can achieve this look by applying product and blowing the hair dry with a brush. And it certainly helps if somebody does it for you because it is difficult to do on yourself. Afterwards, you can’t go outside or your hair will likely immediately frizz up again, although a small amount of hairspray can help. Now, if someone can explain how to achieve this look without heat I would be impressed!
This was absolutely wonderful. They way he spoke to her, the way he gently treated her hair without excesseive pulling and heat you usually get at the salon, yet still achieved the result she wanted. Just perfect! Also, I'm thinking - perhaps (for someone with softer natural curls), following this advice you could possibly achieve a similar result with the Dyson airwrap using the brush on the roots, then the curling bit on the rest of the hair.
Exactly my hair concern as well. I have the shiny curls underneath but the top half gets frizzy like her's. I would love to know what to do to keep the curls.
I have been using this technique for many many many years, it was one of the first ways you learn to blow dry at Toni&Guy, very old school but very impressive if done right
She has my hair. No better way to get it smooth than finishing it with gel and rolling it into large rollers (3 inch) then dry it under a bonnet hair dryer until fully dry. Time how long that takes for next time. This makes much smoother curls with better holding power and far less damage than irons. Try it!
Enjoyed the video very much! How would you have styled her hair if she had said yes to keeping her natural curls/waves? When you lifted the top layers, my hair looks the same underneath and I would have loved to see what could be done to enhance natural hair like this. I like keeping heat off my hair but not opposed to it. Would love to see a model with same hair type and how you would style it to keep those natural waves and curls and especially to those frizzy top layers.
Her brows are too close and you managed to balance and harmonize them with this glorious volume and radial root direction all over her skull. Simply🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻✨✨✨
My hair is very fine but does get frizzy easily. Not sure I would have this much bounce but will give it a go.How long do you leave it pinned up before letting it down ? And how wet is the hair to start with when you put they hair dryer to it ?
Right!!!!!! Seems simple however how in reality does this translate to individuals hair types and curl patterns period! I personally do not have time or money to achieve this from a professional like she did! Just saying!
Your guest is so pretty. Frizzy or not - I think she doesn't know that it is kind of hard for her to not look pretty. By the way, you did a fantastic job.
Very simple, very basic. Anyone can do it without any special skills. Very old fashioned too. I would appreciate a modern style, not something anyone from the 1970’s can do at home without training. Boring!
This man has the utmost expertise skills ever, using a brush & blow dryer to smooth this lovely lady's hair! Love it!
Thanks so much 😊
@@bygreghill bristle brush / the serum/ no need to put anything in after drying like an oil ?
Also what shampoo and conditioner were used. I’m the same fine/frizzy hair /perimenopause

What’s the model of the brush please Nadine ?
She's a stunner and the hairdresser is an expert. He has created simple but lovely waves. A job well done!
This man is a hair genius but its very hard to blow dry your own hair like that .
She might be one of the prettiest people i have ever seen.

Your model is absolutely beautiful and she asked some really great questions!
I learned a lot from this wonderful video. Thank you! ❤

Agreed. We (curly girls) need color wow dreamcoat-esque products and definitely have to flat iron too to keep the style in humid weather.
This guy GETS IT! I have her hair and it soooo frustrating. All hair dressers say my hair is super dry. It's just super frizzy!
Thanks for sharing!!
So much knowledge in such a short video! This came out amazing with just one brush and a blow dryer ❤
This is fantastic. Very informative.
Glad it was helpful! 🙏
Exactly my hair and what I needed 💖 Thank you 🙏💖

Yes, the Dyson air wrap makes this kind of technique much easier to do yourself. See upcoming reels…
Don't like it
Wow, his work is absolutely amazing. He is incredibly skilled at what he does!
She is a beautiful model

So much more gentle than the stretch the hair blow dry most hairdressers do😊
Well done! Thank you, I have her hair type and learned a new way of blowdrying 😊
You’re welcome 😊

In my first week of cosmetology school and this is so impressive and inspiring 🤩

Fantastic 😍. My hair is like that, on top frizzy and broken hair. Thank you i will try this technique on my hair. UK 🎉
He did an excellent job on your hair with the round brush! Beautiful ❤
Subscribed. I don't even use a hairdryer/styling tools or products, but this channel deserves more attention. 😉❤
He makes it look so easy ❤😂
wow. that looks great!
Great video! I have somewhat similar hair - very curly and frizzes very easily with any moisture. Any recommendations for blow dryers?
Literally a work of art ❤
Please can you do some videos styling curly hair types 😊
I will. Please stay tuned… 😊
What a great hairdresser. 💯❤️❤️👏👏

Just wow
Hee underneath curls looked beautiful. If i were her, i would stop using any heat on it so that the top hair develops rhose lovely curls too.
I'm with you girl, mine is the same.i pull that face too when someone says ' air dry, no heat ,no blow dry'😮
Stunning ! Tried today was so much easier to blow dry long hair.
Wonderful!

I wish I could do this on my own head 😭😭❤️
Right!!!!!! Seems simple however how in reality does this translate to individuals hair types and curl patterns period! I personally do not have time or money to achieve this from a professional like she did! Just saying!
Gorgeous!
Beautiful. Love love love
"this is very doable" says the man. Right.😂
Beautiful girl.Great hairdresser.❤
Just wondering how does one sleep on it so they don’t have to do that every morning. ?😅
He listened and gave her what she wanted, not what he wanted as some do
This is me I’m going to get the products and give it a go ..
What a pretty lady.
It looks lighter, did you lighten it? Good job!
I didn’t lighten it. It could be that it looks lighter because hair that is smooth reflects the light better.
Omgosh I wish I can help her style her natural curls 😬
She looks like Salma Hayeck
Your guest is so pretty. Frizzy or not - I think she doesn't know that it is kind of hard for her to not look pretty. By the way, you did a fantastic job.
This helped me so much!
Can someone do this themselves? Please show how to do this!
such a result also give curling irons and then under the dryer. Doing this yourself with the hairbrush is not simple
What the name and size of brush?
I used the Lola small round brush from @thebristlebrushcompany
Pity you didn't post the name of the serum you used
I used Hair Alchemy Fortifying Serum by Oribe
You are so beautiful
She has curly hair not frizzy hair

How I wish I could have an appointment with this hair magician 🫡
