I just found this podcast and it is a joy! Definitely one of the best interviews with Jonathan I have heard because Annie asks the best questions and you can sense him relaxing and opening up. As Jonathan readily admits, he is basically an introvert, so it takes the most skilled interviewers can really get him to really open up and enjoy himself in the process. I love Jonathan Roumie and his portrayal of Jesus in The Chosen. I haven't seen Jesus Revolution yet, but I did see a scene from it and it looks amazing! As Annie says here, Jonathan is being a totally different character in Jesus Revolution; a testament to his wonderful acting skills. The man is so talented and such a sweet person. I pray for him every day that he gets the rest and down-time he needs, because the effort he puts into his media ministry that he is giving to the world has to be taxing for him at times. Above all, I wish him to continue being healthy and happy as a person. He deserves that and so much more. May God bless and keep him.

In Spirit and In Truth...when Jonathan was speaking about the man who "played a murderer"...and got death threats...its a spiritual battle...*we are made in God's Image, so we need to always represent God's Image because of the ramifications of such "roles" and their cause and effect on the Spiritual.Yes, an actor, (physically), but what you choose, has consequences in the spiritual... Maybe some do not know this? Be Holy as He Is...Always. I pray that Jonathan is blessed with roles that further the Kingdom, not hinder it. As there is far too much garbage and filth in that industry as it is...and we need more actors like him...who are not afraid of the Gospel and not ashamed of the Gospel! Remember, darkness doesn't comprehend the Light...so play the Light...be the Light...because you (all of us who Profess to be His), are commanded to be Children of Light, from Our Father of Lights...and a CHURCH on a HILL cannot be HIDDEN!
