How about snacks cookies sweet and salty! I love milky ways...i replaced them with Medjuul dates stuffed with peanut butter and a drizzle of dark chocolate! Or fast food swaps??? Keep inspiring ...you are awesome!
You can make homemade ice cream by freezing 2 cups unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 low fat Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey, and a dash of salt, overnight. Then blend it well in the morning and flavor it however you want.

I make a lot of homemade foods. So I love how the ice cream alternative is the yogurt! I make homemade yogurt and it’s awesome because you can flavor it any way you want (since it’s plain) and you can make frozen yogurt. So good!
Wow I love that ice cream swap! I do something very similar, where I add those 3 ingredients as well as a banana and coconut flakes, and blend them all together before freezing overnight. Thanks for the tips!

I am in the process of waiting to have my blood checked again to see if my TSH levels rise because my antibody numbers are high enough to cause hashimotos. Your channel has helped me so much with changing my diet before going threw all of this, now I’m coming here for motivation to keep going with this new diet while I wait for a diagnosis.

Yessss I would love a swap series! Recently I have decided to take a brake from drinking alcohol for weight loss and to save my relationship. While I don’t have an issue with drinking or alcohol I have embarrassed my boyfriend a few times and my actions hurt our relationship. He prefers not to be around me when I drink and drinking zero or off would save my dignity, my health, and my relationships. Id also like to still join in on the fun without a hangover. I’m learning to live simply without over indulging in alcohol.
