I know this isn't holiday related but on another food swap video you mentioned GT Kombucha but I can't get them where I live and was wondering if there was another option for a carbonated/fizzy drink? I also can't get Chomps where I live as well so an alternative for that would be great as well! Holiday wise, I think a healthy Christmas pudding or if people don't like Christmas pudding then another pudding alternative & healthy swaps for a typical Christmas dinner. Thank you for sharing!! I stopped drinking whole milk and started to drink oat milk. I really enjoyed it because of the thickness & how creamy it is in my coffee and choco drink. However, I stopped because it made me put on weight, bloated my stomach and it tasted unnatural after a while. I checked the oatmilk ingredients and there was perservatives and oil in it. I was so grossed out and went back to whole milk and didnt get such a bad reaction like the oat milk. Almond milk is even worse, they taste like medicine. Best option is to make natural oat and almond milk. And for sure the natural homemade almond milk is so delicous! Nothing like the gross store bought one.
I am so sorry to hear that. I totally agree though, I stick to making my own or buying Malk which is plantbased and has no added oils or preservatives!!

For 4years I was taking whey protein and I was causing me a lot of acne . I didn’t even realize it until I stop taking it this year I thought it was my skincare routine. Everything we eat basically has whey so I have to be soooooo careful

Instead of shaming holiday treats for being “bad” just so you can promote a business you are getting paid to talk about, how about focus on moderation. Normalize it’s ok to have a few Oreos just not the whole box or one of those chocolate squares is only 60 calories which is a better alternative than a whole candy bar 🤷🏻♀️ Every swap you did you used a product for self promotion or to get paid for. Doesn’t seem very realistic for people to go out and buy your products when these holiday treats are more readily available. Talk about balance not food shaming!
Hi Ashley, the video isn't about food shaming, it's intended to help understand what is in a lot of these treats that impact our health, not just our weight. If you've watched my channel before, you'd know that indulging in moderation is something I believe in. That said, eating foods that are full of ingredients that do not benefit our bodies is not something I suggest doing. Especially, when there are plenty of delicious better for you options that will make you not even miss the others. It would be great if it was as simple as you said, "just eat junk food in moderation and you'll be fine". That includes the assumption that every has that level of self control or is fueling their body in a positive way otherwise. Instead, I love making healthy swaps like this because you can enjoy all the treats, without worrying about having to moderate. To me, THAT is living...not the other way around. I'm sorry you seem so bothered by me sharing my own products or one's I truly love and get to work with. I work hard every day to deliver tons of FREE content here on youtube, on my blog, instagram, tiktok, my app, etc. to support other women who, like me want to live a healthier lifestyle. So yea, I'm going to share recipes from the ebook I spent months developing so that those who do want more resources and want to support what I am doing can. If you enjoy that content, you can chose to support my channel or just take it all for free. Up to you.
It's not sugar shaming, it's simply that sugar at those levels is bad for our body. That isn't my opinion, it's a fact. We all should be aware of what is in a lot of these products.

It's not sugar shaming, it's simply that sugar at those levels is bad for our body. That isn't my opinion, it's a fact. We all should be aware of what is in a lot of these products.
Very disappointing that this vid was just about selling your ebook. You could have given us a couple of the recipes to try. You usually don’t do this.
