I don’t know about anyone else but I believe this will help many people to just skip on everything we are unsure of when trying to stay healthy but still satisfy that sweet tooth! Now I know what to reach for when it comes to ice cream instead of spending time and money of what I think is healthy but taste horrible

This was a fun video!! I tried a brand from Whole foods called Cado and they make ice cream with an avacado base and they have all different flavors and I thought it was so good!! They have a vanilla bean flavor too. My husband loves ice cream and I gave it to him without telling him what is was and he didn't even know a difference!

Well done! My daughter has a milk allergy + I often sneak bites of her Oatly ice cream, it’s so close to the real thing! The flavored ones definitely beat out the oat and vanilla flavors, but for non-dairy, it really gets it done.

Love the idea of doing taste tests based on nutritional value! Can you do a series on all "health" foods. Just a few ideas: protein powders (including vegan options) and protein bars would be great, maybe frozen ready made "healthy" meals, vegetarian and vegan substitutes, etc.

@@LoveSweatFitness I currently use North Coast Naturals Complete Vege Pro-7 in the Vanilla. I like it in my oatmeal but it is not the best in smoothies :( I am on the hunt for a good tasting high quality dairy free/gluten free protein!
Chilly Cow is another good one!! Hard to find but it tastes like real ice cream without a bunch of fake stuff, plus it comes in half pints so you don’t overeat it. Also Halo Top has a dairy free line!
I think u will choose the rebel one...I can't even recall all of them anymore. But I LOVE this!!!! I hope u do more of these with other foods. Desserts might be a smart category and snacks. Ryan's face and actions when eating the gross ones SO funny. No goaticecream 4 u lol. Katie your descriptions were on point. I can't have dairy so I live by the So Delicious brand since I can get it most places. You guys got the no sugar added one and that is awful. You need the regular dairy free coconut milk. it's soooo much better.
Did you see the magazine at the checkout that said ice cream is the new kale? Loved this. Sad to see the halo top was under filled. I know they had an issue with that in the past.
Ben n jerry dairy free is delicious! It’s the best dairy free I have had so far ! Also you should try blue bell ice cream it’s soooooo good! We have it in Texas not sure if it is anywhere else though.

😂😂 I LOVE the SO delicious coconut ice cream, but it's also sweetened with Stevia, which is why I can eat it (super sugar sensitive). I would die if I ate the ones with real sugar 😂 it gets better the longer you don't eat real ice cream haha.
This reminded me to freeze my no sugars soy milk do i can make my protein powder nice cream tonight ❤❤❤I had forgotten about that option. My home made has 0 sugar and about 40 gr protein. Its no sugar soymilk, seasonings, natural sweetener of choice, and protein powder of choice ❤❤❤

I used to looooove vanilla ice cream.But now that I don't do dairy, I have found flavored vegan ice creams are the only way to go. Vegan vanilla never tastes right. So Delicious Cold Brew is amazing!!

CoolHaus ice cream is SO GOOD. 🤩 The churro flavor and cookie dough ones are amazing. It’s soft and smooth the second it comes out of the freezer!
