Nice review! I sold my’17 Multistrada S Touring to my son because of its seat height. It has a full Quat D exhaust and Rapid Bike Evo tuner. The V 4 sounds very nice! What is the seat height on the new version?
Hello. The standard seat is 33 inches. You can get a lower seat that’s 31.9 inches and a taller seat that’s 34.5 inches. Hope you will be ok with the lower seat. They are a great bike 😬👍
How would describe the level of vibration through the handlebars, if any? I'm considering the bike but have a touch of rheumatism in my wrists, hence my question. Great review by the way. Thanks.
very interesting that you have a 1290 gt I am going to buy a new bike next season, and I am in between the new 1290GT gen3 and this one, which one would you go for touring in Norway, if you dont know the roads, a lot of twisty mountains
Hello. They are both great bikes. The Ducati is more comfortable so better for long tours but the KTM is a bit more sporty. You get more feeling from the front end on the KTM so you can push it more in the corners. So depends on how you ride and if you are going to do long tours really. The Ducati is a lot more money than the KTM. Hope this helps 👍
@@itchingtoride here in Norway the ducati is a bit more expensive, not a big issue for me, but the nearest ducati from me is 6h away, ktm 20min, I like more the 1290 gt style and sporty, but here everything is far away. Let's hope the new gt can be very comfortable as well. I'm going to try them first. Thank you for your time
Hello. It’s definitely more sporty than the Super Adventure s. I would say it’s more like the Superduke GT but more comfortable. The Ducati is more exciting to ride than the Super Adventure s 😬👍
Cmon the Ksuperadventure S 2021 is just dynamite, far far far wilder than ducati. Max power of Ktm 8000+ rpm max power on ducati 10000+, max torque of 138NM at 6.500 for K 125NM for Ducati at 8000+ Thats all. Ktm is pure emotion. Ducati yes very round and predictable, but nothing to do with KTM. 1290 2021. The K is just a diabolic scooter. When you exceed 3000 it explodes in a marvellous kick that Ducati will never ever have. Want emotions the K, want normal travels drive GS or Ducati. All other arguments are fake. Before spending 20K + euros I have try all of them K D G, ok no game the K. Money are yours Test all bikes before buying.
