    Good morning I am so glad to have found your videos on the Microgreen growing processes. I have watched many different channels but yours is definitely the best. Your videos are concise, informative, clear and to the point.

    Hi ! you’re different from the others who advocate constant top watering . Your system prevents mold issues . thank you for sharing . I watched your other videos to see if they are pretty standard in growing microgreens. I’ve learned a lot. Greeting you from the Philippines !

    You mentioned using a dehumidifier. What relative humidity do you target? Also, what temperature do you keep the grow room? I use warming mats for my microgreens in the basement which ranges from 52-62 degrees F this winter. Thanks for the very clear and well-done instructional videos.

      The ideal temperature is 71 degrees and you want your humidity between 40% & 60%.

    Mist it twice a day and you have to add more fan. Which dries it out faster which make you need to mist twice a day.

    Could you make a video on how to specifically approach restaurants?

  • @davidgalliher6441
    @davidgalliher6441 2 роки тому

    Does the restaurant harvest the crop as they need it when you sell them the whole tray? Or do you cut and package it? Do you provide them with shelving to keep your product on? Do you then pick up the empty tray when you deliver a new one?

    Bro you eat potatoes that are growing inside cow poo for example. I mean you just wash it and eat it+ I believe it helps having a better grow process and quality of greens. If you you are going to use any other fertilizer the okay go for it the same results. But for me warm casting after several times I found that they help prevent growing mold

    What's your method to clean/sanitize large amounts of trays?

    • @PrincetonMicrogreens
      @PrincetonMicrogreens  3 роки тому

      I hire my daughter to wash everything by hand with soap and water.
      Then afterwards to spray down the trays with the same H2O2 mix we use for sunflower, then let it dry.
      Our trays are always squeaky clean and shine like the day we got them a year ago.

    Is it normal for it to have a strongsmell (like rotten) right before taking it to backout? Thanks

    • @PrincetonMicrogreens
      @PrincetonMicrogreens  3 роки тому +1

      I know what you’re talking about and if you mean that really musty smell, I use to get that before investing in a good dehumidifier… it sucks up all that thick humid air that smells from the microgreen germination.
