I'll miss your commentary STB. You have brought me to tears a few times with some of my memories from my childhood. I got into Led Zeppelin when I was 13 years old and at that time my favorite band was Rush or Van Halen. Then I wore out all my cassettes. But I had one left that wasn't ruined yet that I didn't listen to that much. But the more I heard it, it grabbed a hold of me to make them my new favorite band. Which in turn shifted my friends into switching their favorite to them.

Whatever happens with your channels I really appreciate the deep dive down the Zeppelin rabbit hole that you’ve done. I can’t imagine a much more thorough investigation of them. And The fact that you were so familiar with the original material that they were influenced by was a wonderful aspect to your reactions. Good luck in your future endeavors. You’ve definitely set the bar for any reactor looking to fall down that Zeppelin rabbit hole.

We'll never see their like again. Total greatness. Jimmy Page is most certainly still a wizard in my book.

Very happy to hear that JPJ's stuff will be reviewed soon. Very sorry to hear that we may not have much left coming from STB. I always look forward to Wayne's reviews. As a fellow LZ fan Wayne's reviews are like having a friend compare notes on our favorite group. All the more important since I'm mostly surrounded by people who don't listen to LZ or classic rock.

      Same here.
STB has brought so much excitement, honesty and knowledge with his LZ stuff...and you're right, it IS like talking about Zep with a good friend and true fan .... Something I've never had the pleasure of really knowing in my lifetime, until I subscribed to this channel.
STB, you are and always have been the true master of music reaction videos...especially Led Zep. 🎓👑⭐️🎶
I will always continue to go back into your catalog and rewatch your vids to my heart's content.
I only wish the rabbit hole would never end. ❤️

Led Zeps's road manager from 1968 to 1979, Richard Cole, passed away Dec 2, 2021 at age of 75. He was the guy behind the scenes who made sure the shows went off smoothly, the bills got paid, and he was responsible for taking care of the band. He got whatever they needed whether it was food, booze, drugs, or girls. Cole was the primary suspect in the robbery of the Drake Hotel safe of $200K in 1973, but was never charged. His autobio 'Stairway To Heaven' from 1992 is a good read.

I've never seen this documentary on Led Zeppelin and I use to watch this show constantly. So, thank you for airing it. I did learn something new about each of them. I think it's so sweet that JPJ has three daughters. That Zeppelin money I'm sure came in handy when they got married. And Jimmy Page's relationship w/his father explains a few things.
What caught my attention was the section about Robert Plant. Besides being my favorite member of Zeppelin, though I do also love Jimmy Page, the information about his accident and the death of his son puzzles me. I've heard the stories before, and one account said he was driving the car. Then, I heard his son died of a stomach virus. I wonder who's right? I would think A&E has its facts right but it's hard to know since I've heard the other accounts, especially about his son, from other sources. It's quite puzzling for sure.

BTW, Wayne, I think you're going to love the 4th Earl's Court show from 5/24/75.
For me personally, that version of 'Dazed And Confused' ranks up there with the very best, especially when we get the visual on top of the great audio.
Beautiful show! I'm looking forward to you doing that one 🔥👍🔥

Judas Priest vocalist Rob Halford summed it up best about Zeppelin in 3 words: "They went everywhere" (musically).
