My daughter and I love chia seed pudding! I like to make a fruit salad with berries, pears and bananas with honey, put some granola or similar cereal on top and we use the brand ripple for the milk. It gives a really nice consistency and makes it look nicer than oat milk does😅. However i love oat milk in my coffee! I usually make a big batch in the evening and let it sit in the fridge overnight. I give it 2 or 3 stirs before i go to bed just to make sure they're all coated and it thickens up nicely. Thanks for the video!!

Alyssa, I have been coming back to your videos off and on for several years. Pat yourself on the back gal. I have finally broken down and made my first batch of chia pudding, and surprise, surprise! It's actually good. (Much to my surprise.) Next up quinoa, I've watched you do different things with it for years. The texture messes with me, but I'm going to spend some time with your videos again and, who knows? I might find something I like.

I heard that your body can't digest chia seeds and absorb the nutrients unless you grind them into a powder. Not sure how true that is. If you are eating them dry but adding liquid softens them - as in chia pudding so you can digest them but if you are eating them dry then it is better to choose ground
