Ingredients :
250g butter (牛油)
120g icing sugar(糖粉)
1 egg(鸡蛋)
1 egg yolk (蛋黄)
400g plain flour (普通面粉)
50g corn flour (玉米粉/粟粉)
200g toasted almonds (烘香杏仁)
600g cooking chocolate (烹饪巧克力)
Some colourful sprinkle for decorate
少许彩糖装饰
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
放入已预热烤箱以180°C烤15分钟。

For those who ask, how long we can keep this cookies, this answer might help you.
You can keep it in tight jar/tupper for several months. Its one of Malaysia famous festive cookies and sometimes we make it a month before the festive.
Just keep it in temperature room. No need to keep inside chiller or fridge.
The taste is crunchy, sweet with delicious chocolate.
The butter use is room temperature?
@@MegaEisya yes. But its okay if it still cold, as long as you can cut it and stir it. But if you just manually stir it by hand, its better let the butter as soft as temperature room.

Great recipe! I forgot you can just use a smaller pot as a double boiler for chocolate if you take you're time & use a gentle heat instead of boiling the water.
