    Made this today: it was absolute bliss. The cake was so light and fluffy, and the buttercream was so smooth and rich. Topped it with walnuts instead to give an extra crunch. Definitely recommend!

      I would like to make this cake. For topping i would make it with hazelnut or pecan crocant .so it give the extra crunchy texture 😋🎂

    4 صفار بيض
    1 بيضة كاملة
    20غ سكر
    1/8 م ص ملح
    1/2 م ص عطر القهوة
    2 م ص قهوة سريعة الذوبان
    2 م ص ماء ساخن
    60 غ زيت ذرة
    60 مل حليب
    100غ دقيق
    10 غ دقيق الذرة أو المايزينة
    4 بياض البيض
    80غ سكر عادي
    كريمة الزبدة:
    200غ زبدة
    80غ سكر ناعم
    1 م طعام قهوة سريعة الذوبان
    1 م ط ماء ساخن
    1/4 م ص عطر القهوة
    فول سوداني محمص و مهروش
    مقاس السينية هو 27سم ×35سم

    I made this for a Thanksgiving party along with the chocolate cream slice cakes and these were a hit. Totally like the cakes you get from Hong Kong bakeries. You can't leave out the peanuts, they definitely give the cake an added depth of flavor!

    Want to make this but am not sure if plain flour means same as all-purpose flour in the U.S., and more important, whether corn flour is the same as cornstarch (just the starch from the endosperm) or is actually corn flour as in the entire kernal ground

    Mouthwatering cake 😋😋...coffee flavour is my favourite...but i wil skip the peanuts.... You could hv grind it in a grinder jar...this way is so time consuming...and.also the skin removing takes too much time. Any other nuts can u suggest?

      Chopped walnuts are always put with coffee cake.
