Regarding the pool, let me give you some advice: put sand under the pool so the ground is softer and prevents a stone from piercing it. That's what I did with mine. Best Regards.
Yeah that's what my dad was saying. We thought we had had tarp but couldn't find it and had already started. These thing never last out here. I'm betting it'll be ok for this summer and that's it. We were trying to work fast because it was brutally hot and those legs are metal. Once they're in the sun they're too hot to touch. It's crazy. Only gonna be 108° today though, Jenny and her sister are having a pool party as I type this lol.
We get those days here in our summer . Hard to do anything so well done on the pool, that's an investment in some cool relief at least! Under the hood looking really neat now. Hope the damper fits ok. I got an entire lift kit in from interstate only to find the rear shocks and all the u bolts didn't fit. 😂

Hello my friend, it's quite hot there, in Sintra where I live it's 7:41 pm and it's 20 ºC and it rained 3 times in the afternoon, showers, the kind where you walk around in a T-shirt, shorts and flip-flops and suddenly, it rains yellowish water because it's coming with powder from North Africa and when it dries everything turns orange. But it is something that has been happening for many years along the Mediterranean Coast and they say that this cloud of dust brings nutrients to our soil, perhaps that is why the Coastal Zone is so rich in agriculture.
Wow I'm sure that would be scary the first few times. But once it's been tested and deemed safe it's kind of cool. Is North Africa basically a dust bowl? Hey it's good hearing from you. I hope all is well in your slice of the world.
From what I know, the Mediterranean coast is very similar to the south of Portugal and Spain, a dry green plain, but the dust comes from the interior of the arid areas brought by an air current.
A few days ago I replaced the super soft original shocks and the steering damper on my Gen4 Jimny to Ironman. Big difference. Way better than it was.
You felt a difference with the new steering damper? I drove mine after changing it and forgot I had changed it, didn't notice anything, then again it was hot and I was paying attention to other stuff.

I changed from Suzuki original to Ironman. Very pleasant difference.
Fell yeah on the grub, gone insain. More rags dang man thats a pile, all i got is some shirts an socks, you lucky dog 🐶. Been followin a guy named Broski ray lot of interest stuff thr. Oh man how boring this was😮😂, LOL luv yeah brothr keepem comin
Yeah it's alot of rags, but that was a great price. If I knew that Costco would always have them I wouldn't have bought them, I'm just afraid I'll go to buy em and they'll be discontinued. All the twigs and leaves and schnutz gets stuck in those rags and even washing several times doesn't get it out. If using it on paint they need to be new. You trying out your death attachment today?

Engine bay and under hood look fantastic,but would have been much easier to paint if you had removed the hood

Thanks. Yeah I've had it off twice. I can take it off by myself but putting it on I usually need an extra hand to get the bolts started. Just didn't wanna risk it after being wrapped.
Too hot?
Wet your T-shirt. As it dries it pulls heat off of your body.
Works well of your head cap too.
Usually after a few minutes it ends up soaked anyways lol. The evaporative cooling does work really well though if there's a breeze. Here we have "swamp coolers", basically a box with wet pads on the sides and a blower blows the air into the house. Works decent until the humidity shows up during monsoon season.
