+Robert Rad Thats a lovely comment. Thanks a mil. Looking forward to hearing more from you!
In some places, it is told that the original Japanese energy foods, like hyorogan can be given to horses as well, but the whole problem is that, if I remember correctly, maybe koffein from coffee is what can kill horses, so I'd rather stick with an accessible and invigorating drink, that don't harm most domestic and pet animals.
Thanks
can these b e carried with you without a fridge?
+MrBrunosvensson Yes, sure they can, maybe in a sealed container.
Idk if you cover this sort of stuff, but do you kow much about skin/ how to achieve beautiful skin? Im a female in my 20s and my forehead skin is a bit loose like almost saggy due to a 2 yr battle with depression/stress in life :( its hit my appearance hard. my forehead looks great when i pull it back or wear my hair tight, and i dont want to have to resort to botox. ive just got my first wrinkle there too :/ ive been using olive oil and rosehip oil and vitamin c but nothing has worked. please help if you can
+Robert Rad Ok, now I understand, as I answered your other comment before I read this one. Yes depression will lead to skin issues e.g., sagging in the face. You need to use almond oil and natural creams and give yourself lots of facials. I will do a video on skin care soon. Thank you.
i thought oats were contaminated with gluten?
+Rui G As far as I can gather oats contain avenin, which is a protein similar to gluten. However, research has shown that most people with coeliac disease can safely eat avenin. hope that helps.
