Here's our super energy ball recipe made 3 way's!
They take just 10 minutes to make and are great for children and adults alike! They are a great quick and filling snack, great one for lunch boxes!
Here's the recipe:
for the base:
100g cashew nuts
100g chopped dates
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons coconut oil
teaspoon of water
Green mint:
1/4 teaspoon of spirulina
2 drops from mint oil
Mocha Ball:
1 teaspoon of coffee
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
Superfood Ball
Cocoa Nibs
Gojiberries
Bee Pollen

The mocha ball is my fave. I can't have a lot of coffee but love the taste and those are just so tempting!

It looks poop color! What a group of gorgeous children you both are very blessed I was never able to have children of my own. I'm definitely going to make these because I just received late for Christmas a pound of black cacao powder it is so rich and chocolatey!

***** WOW. My stomach hurt when I saw the price on Amazon. It's a beautiful machine though.
Edit: I just realized it's a commercial machine meant for use in a restaurant and businesses like that. No wonder it's that price. Not out of place for commercial kitchen equipment at all.

Harun Naeb We use this because it's in the kitchen of our restaurant but we get much better results from our Mams domestic food processor though, especially with small amounts like this. But for big jobs its so handy for commercial use.
