Did the exact cover for our Trail Boss. We love it. Super nice looking, and stays dry under it. We also added the rubber bed floor mat to keep things from sliding. Looks great buddy

I actually installed the same Rough Country Tonneau cover on my 19 GMC Sierra Denali 1500. Fit and finish was perfect, as was the installation of the cover. Really helps with the overall look of the truck as seen in your video. Plus a bonus of better mileage from the 6.2L pushing things around. Thanks for helping me choose the correct one to install for myself.

Looks great! We typically run the drain tubes down the stake pockets through the interior holes. Keeps the bed clear for hauling. Great job with the install!
Rough country any idea when this coming back in stock. You guys were real quick to charge me at time of sale. Showing it in stock and able to ship dec 3. But then you have now changed delivery date 4 times. What is the deal with that. I know the world we are living now. But if it wasn't available to ship you shouldn't take my money so quick. Pretty deceptive business practice if you ask me. Losing confidence in any future purchases. All you buyers beware !! The take your money and then tell you it's not available. Cover looks great though. Wish I could get it since I've already paid for it.

Always been a truck guy! Just got my 2020 Chevy Silverado in July. Love it. Blacked out rims, BFG’s and shaved every decal and emblem off it. Blacked out! Also ordered lasfit front blinkers and reverse lights. Love them! Just need the license plate ones now. If I win I will donate back the reverse lights so someone else can win with me!

I got the same rough country low profile cover for my F150 and man I love it as well. i had to take it off for a few days and the truck looked so incomplete without it.

I used to own 84 Monte Carlo SS. Loved that car! After marriage and kids bought 2019 Honda Ridgeline LTE model, but got T boned by senior lady. (Total Loss).
I was always dreamed about Silverado Truck, but couldn’t afford it. After accident my wife offered me to trade in her Lexus RX 350 and asked me if I would wanted to buy a real truck? Hell yes honey! In the heartbeat! So, we end-up to get High Country Silverado. It is the best car I ever owned!!! 🔥👍✌️
I already replaced tag license LED bulbs....and planing to dream 🤔😊 to replace reverse bulbs, since ambient original bulbs are to dim when rear cameras are on and it’s hard to see at night when I back up my truck.

P.s My choice was Extang Encore Tonneau Tri-Fold by REALTRUCK. The reason been that you can open front and back panel and remove it without any tools. It’s a 1” profile. (It was my preference and your choice is great choice too, since it’s low profile). ✌️

That would be sick! I have a 1970 c10 I am working on as a memoriam truck for my dad that we did not finish.
Looks great. I’ve had the same cover installed for about 6 months. Great cover for the price. Basically a rebranded Gator Tri fold with a Rough Country sticker (and sometimes a lower price too). A few things. The foam bulkhead seal goes on first before the cover. Allows for a tighter seal (just in case you get any water in there). The drain tubes can also go through the side of the bed. This way the tubes aren’t too stretched out for you and don’t come undone if something in the bed rolls and knocks them out. Also, you only need 2 pieces of rubber for each side of the rails not all 8. The middle section of each rail needs the rubber to make it a tight flush fit to the underside. The rails sit flush against the rest of the bed. If you install the rest of the rubber it could bend the metal of the bed rail and the middle section still won’t sit flush. Finally, if you do see water in the bed near the tailgate it’s more than likely from the grab handle pocket in the top rail of the left side of the bed. There are two holes where the tailgate handle/step handrail thing would go in the GMC Sierra. They’re drilled in the Silverado beds too. You can get caps for those grab pockets that sit flush on eBay or Amazon. Great video and channel. Got the Lasfit lights because of your links.
How is the rubber holding up in the folding locations?
@@baine5.7 great. It was outside for about a year (100° temps, cold, snow, etc) and did fine. Now it’s in a garage a few nights a week and still holding strong.
hello, I just installed the cover on my 2022 silverado rst, everything fits fine except the tailgate part. It only latches on one side, but on the other side I have to force it to close. I have to press hard on the lid to close it. Could you help me figure out what could be going on? and the second question is if you have to put the small rubber bands that the child brings, thank you very much.
Does it have something to do with the tires you mention? I put the three on each side, the ones that come with the installation kit.
@@elonmuskoffiicial you might need to adjust the cover a little bit left or right to make sure the white spring latches engage on both sides. It sounds like you have the cover installed too far to one side. If you open your tailgate and look from behind the truck you’ll see the white spring latches. Make sure they’re even on both sides. As fas as rubber bands and tires I’m not sure what you mean?

Sup Hawaiian! You might want to ceramic coat the bed cover as well. Mine started to fade and peel from being out it the sun. The weather strip took a beating as well. Awesome truck. Glad I came across your channel. I live in the north Texas area, I'm from the big island (Honomu). I just bought a 2021 Silverado RST with the Duramax. Really love it, I'm averaging 26-28 mpg.
I know it may not help you out as much as it did me but I built a frame around my wheel wells. Essentially just a 2x6 on edge on either side of the wheel well and a 2x4 on edge front to back next to the wheel well to creat a frame. Since I’m up north, primarily use it to keep sand bags in place over my rear axle during winter for added traction. Also works great to keep groceries from roll all over.
But you need to go find an 80s Grand National or Monte Carlo to work on in the cove.
