@@MythicalPiece i mean i had that and still do some little, although i did not do anything like couldnt find the cause or treatments neither went to doc but it reduced slowly ig season change or else either i stopped going to gym

Thanks for this! I suffer from daily migraines and take a number of medicine every day. It just makes me unable to do daily activities. This actually helped for most of them!
I have headaches very often and I have many of the migraine symptoms but my pain is located around my temples. It's pretty bad and I can't rlly sleep so if anyone knows what this is or what to do please tell me 😢 (normal pain relief medication doesn't work)

If it's migraine then i would suggest R16 medicine, it's homeopathy, i think taking it for 1-2months is enough to cure migraine and u can check more on UA-cam about it
