Here I am again, Hollow with his binaural mic doing roleplays, sometimes some anime stuff. As a creator I try to avoid the typical boyfriend roleplays and instead focus on fantasy stories revolving around personal attention. My goal is to develop my voice acting abilities through my audios, while comforting the listener and taking them on an adventure through words of big characters, tsunderes, and a variety of other reimagined tropes. The shadow thing wasn't so much the issue for me as it was the fact that I didn't take the book but he made sure it would be taken whether I decided I wanted to or not.

Look, I don't give two craps what Fendal's family has done, hell, I dont care what HE did, I'm choosing him over August, the f-ing psycho! I always would be chosen him over August. The world might not be perfect, but there are better ways to fix it. And since it has been proven that ZombieCat's universe and Hollow's are conected, I believe this is going to be where this world collapses into ours.

When Fendal listed the other countries...
These are places we've been. Not necessarily as this character, but as so very many. When he listed those out, that is when I felt the weight of Fendal's warning.
In what we choose, we are helping to decide what happens to those we have been. Usually, you go into a story, you are a singular person, and you make some big choices. And that's all and well, but you don't feel that weight the way we do now.
Because, as the listener, we are all those people to be impacted by this singular event. We are tied to them all. The other characters we've been, our allies, our enemies. There is no doubt that what we do here will impact each and every one.
That's a heavy weight, and that is beautiful writing. Thank you for this, Hollow.

I agree. Also it'll temporarily save MC from persecution. I mean given the true nature of the book, unless MC stops him, MC will be found guilty of treason against the country. Even as a "meant well" fool, a pawn, or a scapegoat, SOMEBODY got to pay- usually with their head.

I was on the fence between August or Fendal but now I know my choice:
Fendal showed us a vulnerable side to him when he did the love reading, showing us a bit of his true self (and he revealed his true nature in this audio) versus August who admitted he only got close to us to use us(and as revealed here continued to lie to us).
Fendal maybe arrogant, but he admits he has faults and is willing to use his influence to better Rapture.
Sorry August/ Ortas but with the constant manipulation, and the willingness to sacrifice people without a second thought, this listener is gonna side with Fendal.

I gave August the benefit of the doubt since the beginning. In my head, he was my BFF and the one person I could talk to, gossip with, and relate to in this universe, so this reveal actually hurt. Yeah, I'm not going to pick August bc he's crazy, but hearing him talk about his ideals just tore at my heart strings. Seriously, props to you, Hollow, for immersing me into this lovely universe so flawlessly!

Hell, way back in his debut episode when the Listener told him off for dissing Abberants he agreed that they had a point! Hollow's really playing the long game with this series.

Edit: I was thinking about this over night. (Before you ask me why, I have no life.) But what if the listener is actually a vital element to Mr. Genocidal's ritual. (Like they are the child of two gods without even knowing it, or something. I don't know.) So when he said that if we don't go with him they'll just die like everyone else in Rapture. He is actually trying to trick the listener into thinking he doesn't need them but they need him. When in reality it's the complete opposite! And I mean, are we really going to trust everything he says? He's lied to us before to get what he wants, he'll do it again. And if the listener goes with Fendal (and by all the gods, I hope they do) that could mean that they would become a big problem for Mr. I-would-kill-as-a-warning. He would also most likely come back to try and take the listener by force.

Ok, let's think. By all logical means we should go with August, for plain safety reasons. If we don't, we die. Therefore we should definitely follow him, to preserve ourselves.
HOWEVER
August lied to us, and used us, and is now offering a deal that somehow seems too good to be true. How do we know he won't kill us anyway, to make sure his ritual succeeds? He's unpredictable, treacherous and extremely dangerous, no matter what side you're on. Fendall, on the other hand... He's powerful, ambitious, and determined. He seems sincere when he says he wants to change things, and he genuinely wants us at his side, even if it's just to eliminate our threatening his future... Which we all know it isn't 😉🙃
Even if we want to change things the way August is offering, Fendall gives us a much safer alternative. One that might succeed without bloodshed. Therefore we should follow Fendall, and watch our backs to defeat August as quick as possible.

I will say I wasn’t sure what I was expecting but it wasn’t that. I loved it. Dynamic, interesting. Narrative ASMR videos are always more creative and capturing than like 99% of movies and TV shows.
