PixelGlitch that’s exactly what I was thinking! Like this is supposed to be a super strict high standard high bars school, but the students don’t even have the brains to question why a teacher is in their room? And just having the common sense to point out the fact that this is different from standard teaching environments is enough to be put in the advanced class? This school must not have many students with simple observational skills then. Either that or the teacher has low standards/was being sarcastic.
Could be difference in culture or whatever. Maybe to them it's the equivalent of your best friend showing up to your house unannounced.

Also I like this character. He rambles and rambling is cute. This character's episode reminded me waaay too much of psych concepts that I need to be acquainted with. The whole "all three are important" reminded me of gestalt, the whole "your dreams are key" is like Jung's concepts, man even the part where you asked the listener to close their eyes was like that time I attended a hypnotherapy seminar.

The humor for this one is spot on though, even with the wind-down I was grinning like an idiot.
I'm quite enjoying how this corner of the universe is starting to shape up. I'm hoping for some more of the teaching staff and maybe some creature(s?) living on the grounds? It is a magic school, I wouldn't put it past them to have some things lurking in the shadows.

Kidding aside, I love how this Demon-sensei just basically showed a short-cut version of a simple Zero-point meditation. Really simple yet powerful stuff. Also definitely agreeing with him on doing practical applications because some people learn faster using those than relying mostly on theoretical stuff.
Yes I am invested in this Arcane Academy Series based on how much word vomit I wrote here. -zero regrets at this point for this frustrated mage lol- 😂

The brilliant introduction aside, this was actually an amazing guided meditation! I tried to follow the instructions seriously but lost concentration halfway because my position wasn't comfortable enough, but it was super relaxing and grounding. I definitely want to try this again later.

Hollow, if I may ask, is this further along the timeline in the Jackel story, or is this a different one with someone who had happened to escape The Empire? The latter makes more sense to me, but I ain’t the genius author. Said author doesn’t have to answer if spoilers will ensue, by the way, just curious. Either way, awesome vid. I really like both timelines! And your stories! And your channel! Keep it up!
Just my two cents from listening and putting my own playlist together. I think its the same listener with a couple of open spots along the story where another video could be made (which is something Hollow has done before). Its the same person from "mage mentor" all the way up to the two merchants pampering you, with the listener being in Asha Port.
Where the possible gaps start is "dark mage names you", since the listener is a mage from the empire seeking refuge but the dark mage makes it sound like we're in the city of Kethul (not sure of spelling). Then there's another gap, then the entire arcane academy series. Aka the gaps being how did the listener get from Asha Port to Kethul(?) then to the academy.
I love this series, keep up the good work.
