My favourite, so far... Is 400 Degrees Hot Chicken. It's no nonsense, great food! Well worth the lengthy wait.

Reds 615, Slo Burn, Princes, Boltons, and 400 Degrees (in no particular order) are the best!

XPLR.NASH the wild horse saloon looks incredible but I think 400 degrees I’m looking forward to the most
@@JMoney_1510, both of them are great choices. If you want a sweeter taste we would recommend the Wild Horse Saloon. 400 Degrees can get quite spicy with super long wait times so plan ahead just to be safe.

We are planning a trip in April and will plan on trying a couple of these spots. Just curious if we need to be aware of any differences with the pandemic.....I hope not!!
Only difference in Nashville right now is hours can be off even from what Google says, so be sure to make reservations at every place that will take them and double check business hours on a businesses website or call them. Other than that you shouldn't find much different!

400 is my absolute favorite! Aqui Hines is the queen of cluck!!!!I have eaten her chicken for years before all of the others came to be. It is TRUE NHC as is Princes, the original.
Aqui is definitely good at making chicken!! We were glad that people made that recommendation for us.
The north Nashville location of Prince's decided that the landlord was too difficult to work with
Princes period. The newer location off nolensville rd has quick service and same great chicken.
They also just added a permanent truck in Sobro!

We recently did a review of Bolton’s Spicy Chicken & Fish in East Nashville. I can honestly say it was the hottest chicken in Nashville! The amount of powder loaded up on the extra spicy made it dangerously challenging to take down!! Check it out over on our channel!
Why are mostly downtown at the tourist spots im sure its better places in the neighborhoods
We are mostly in the neighborhoods. Only downtown location featured was Wild horse Saloon, which is not actually a well known place for Hot Chicken, and that makes it more of a hidden gem.
Party Fowl is a very neighborhood focused restaurant and it was filmed in Donelson. Not a big tourist destination.
400° was filmed in North Nashville, which is not a big tourist destination either.
Hattie B's was filmed in West Nashville, and they are very popular but also neighborhood focused.
We also filmed at Prince's to intorduce the episode, which is nowhere near downtown.
There are plenty of other great places around Nashville that serve great hot chicken, but these are at the top of our list.
