    What is the proofing time for the second part after you placed them in the container, 1hr? Then did you add vanilla for the buttercream mixture? I did not see it in the video. Thanks!

      5 to 10 minutes depending on how warm it is in your location. Just wait for the dough to double in size

      Breads naturally shrink a little as it cools but only a little. Possible causes of excessive shrinking is over proofing, over kneading or underbaking
