I loved son's and daughters back in the 80s I would sneak out of school at 3 o'clock and run home to watch son's and daughters at 3 30 in the UK 🇬🇧🇬🇧 good memories

I loved this show 👍🏻 it aired in the UK as an early afternoon show , I used to watch it with my first boyfriends Mum .

Rowenna Wallace is born in the 🇬🇧.British actor same as Corniella Frances.
Watching this reunion makes me feel less sad than others because all the participants in this Sons and Daughters reunion are still alive today,in 2022.
The early years of Sons & Daughters were superb soap fodder, with inventive storylines and character development. It lost its way a bit in the last couple of years, with crazier and crazier plots. But in a way, this was fun too; to see just how unhinged the story could become. One thing's for sure: the show would have been nothing without Rowena. First class casting there. Hats off.
yea the show in the later years became nothing as rowena left, after that it went into a terminal downward spiral.
Holy crap, Ally hasn't aged!!! Rowena is also still so beautiful!
Remember watching this as a youngster when it was broadcast in the UK. Always thought Ally Fowler was absolutely beautiful in the show and equally so when she went on to star in Neighbours afterwards. 30 years on and my god she still looks amazing!!!....Sexy woman...x
It was the most cleverly written soap ever, indepth stroy lines, interesting characters, the manipulation...I watched it as a child, on ukgold,then on channel 5and am watching it all over again with my boyfriend who had never seen it,as i have them all on DVD!
Rowena Wallace sounds like Kathleen Turner, I really admire Rowena's honesty and down to earth nature, she has no notions of herself and tells it as it is. She admits she made a mistake in leaving, few actors do that when they abondon a role and it doesn't work out. She always keeps a touch of humour too even when talking of her misfortunes and that's hard to find.
Is Ally Fowler gay in real life? Only i read she is
I loved S.A.D. Rushed home from college to see it every day. They don't make them like that anymore....

I love seventies/eighties programs. Brings back so many memories and the girl at 3:18 is so damn fit.

Ally fowler has aged well, a stunning lady!
And now in 2020 she doesn't have much wrinkles and looks great for almost 60.
In 2023 she looks as gorgeous as she did back in Sons and Daughters.
Damn, Ally Fowler still looks hot!

And still does in 2023 too.
Why did they never release the full series on dvd??
Pat the rat played as Rowenna Wallace is English born in the UK 🇬🇧 same as Corniella Frances who played sons and daughter's as alf sister in home away ,most of Australians are originally from the Uk and left the miserable to sunny 🇦🇺.

It took me 40 years to finally meet her. It was worth every second of that wait. She is a lovely person, and still looks as fantastic as she did then.

That's funny! I never heard her being called "Pat the rat" in the show!
was not directly in the show, was in the media the term was coined. I only watched the reruns in the 90s a decade after the show ended as a child so I too never heard the term, i think you had to be around/into the show at the time of transmission to remember it.

That is a shame especially as Abigail who plays Caroline was the most beautiful female in Sons and Daughters.
When will they release season 3 on dvd?

it's the cast own fault if they don't sign up for royalties
@Brass Razoo No he doesn't. Reg Grundy ran the entire empire until he retired. Fremantle now own the Grundy legacy.
val lehman[bea smith] hit gold with prisoner as before she signed on she was the only 1 in the cast who got it written in that she would get royalties. Years later she claimed it caused resentment but it was likely that she had a savvy agent or that she was just a very hard headed business woman. Eitherway the cast cannot blame her for her good negoiating.
Jon palmer could of been Al Bundy 😂
