For a Christmas village feel I'd recommend Zakopane in Poland, I went for my birthday 10 years ago after a night in a log cabin in the tatra mountains. You'd love it!
Ha! “A bouquet of cilantro”. 🌿 glad you guys will continue these more calm, chats. It’s fun to watch or listen to. Keep up the good work! Peace and love to you both.
This is my first solo christmas abroad and this video was the soothing balm I didnt know I needed. Thank you for sharing your stories and experiences. It made allll the difference ❤️
WOW 11th video already?!??! That was fast. It's been another wonderful year watching you guys travel. I wish you guys a Merry Christmas! Can't wait to see what you guys have in store for next year. Have a wonderflo Holiday! 😁🥳
Merry Christmas my friends. I can say that as I got older I had very simple list when asked "What would you like for Christmas?" This year for instance I said nice cozy slippers and a pair of formal dress gloves in case I put n a suit and go out for dinner or the theater this winter. Red Envelopes! My favorite part of Spring Festival. My Christmas day was very nice I think because my Son's family live with me when I am in the US so I have two of my 5 grandchildren here on Christmas morning and they are still young enough to believe in Santa Claus so the magic of the day is very much alive. That for me is the best part of the day. Thank you as always for sharing your thoughts with us Flora and Note. Miss Chiang Mai so it was great to know you are there enjoying it for me! 😘😘🥰
Ever since i randomly watch your china vlog for my vacation, i was kind of hook on your content, watching back the old and new videos as well. I love the "vibe & aura" of you guys, kind of calming and soothing voice even listening on spotify no joke 😅 Glad that i found it, hope one day you guys would travel to Singapore as well thou i know this little red dot is commercially crowded. That's perhaps this is the reason i wanna follow you guys to escape locally lol. Anyway Merry blessed Christmas F & N! (Sorry if my english is bad) love fr🇸🇬
Happy Holidays! Love both your channels and glad you’re going to keep making the “podcast” videos. Wishing you all the best and more fun and memorable travels in 2025! 🎄🎉
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. I am also in Chiang Mai at the moment and yesterday I did the cookery course that you also attended. It was very nice. Thank you for the recommendation. I think it's very nice to be in Chiang Mai at Christmas. Everything is decorated with Christmas decorations. There is even a Christmas market and a snow cannon at One Nimann. At Mae Kha Canal there is a straw cot in which only the baby Jesus is lying, but Mary and Joseph are missing. Funny!! If you want to experience a real Christmas, you have to do it in Germany. There are lots of christmas trees and nativity scenes there, so it's a very classic Christmas. I can hear the airport noises in Chiang Mai just like you...(15:00) 😃🤣
Hahaha anywhere near Nimman and the airplanes come way too frequent 😅 Glad you enjoyed the cooking course! We also thought it was the best one we’ve been to. Wish you a Merry Christmas and enjoy the lovely weather here in Chiang Mai! 🎄💕
In Borneo where I'm from even Muslim is celebrating christmas not religiously but following other cultures like gift exchange & having dinner get together now
My feelings towards Christmas are often soured by having a December birthday. The number of times people have let me down being unwilling to celebrate because Christmas is so close has really turned me off both. I like the look of Christmas, but the feeling is gone
@ I have a few. as proper cities, I would say Colmar and Strasburg and France were very cute and charming. a small town in France called Kaysersburg what is my favorite out of all of those little villages in the area. There are some other towns that I went to in that area that very much look like something out of beauty and the beast. I was also blown away by Ghent in Belgium. That town look like something straight out of Harry Potter.
My husband and I have been together for 16 years and married for 8 years. Both sides of our parents never met each other! My husband is Scottish, and I am Malaysian. We did not hold any wedding ceremony, which is also the main reason both families never get together. In addition, my parents can't speak English, and likewise my in law cannot understand Chinese! Although we can make excuses that it is due to geographic reason, but I still find it strange and embarrassing for this situation.
Merry Christmas and happy New Year to you and family
