Why do American V6 engines sound so awful compared to Japanese V6's. Like the ones in the Pontiac grand Prix, chevy blazer, Ford Taurus etc. they sound NOTHING like the Vq35. serious question.

You should have put the Toyota 2grfre 1st place (camry v6 engine) Bruh that thing sounds like a baby v12 !!! It is insane that it comes from a Camry, but I heard its glory in a Lotus. That is the only V6 that sounds amazing imo and it is loud and raspy as well.
I've never seen so many butthurt BMW fan boys because a BMW didn't make it on the list. Gotta remember this is an opinionated video. If he liked the sound of the BMW i6 he would've put it. If you want a video with one of BMW's i6 in it, go make a video on it yourself and not criticize someone on their work.

RB 4 Life, no matter if RB25 or 26 or any other, Sound is amazing!
even though the 2j is way better of an engine on stock internals and has easier tuning potential than the rb, I will always love the sound of the rb more because to me, the higher pitched "race style" sound sounds so good.

Only Kids engines, despite the flat six. Mickey Mouse sound from Japan, not really impressive...
One thing to consider......a VR6 is readily available to anyone who wants one.....rest of the cars are rare and expensive...... So VW for win.

All this engines sound awesome but nothing like a porsche flat 6.
Does Nissan make a 6 that doesn't sound great... probably a shorter list if there are any.
i know no ones likes them, but the Lambda 2 in the new Genesis does sound pretty good.
European cars sound pretty sick especially the Alfa Romeo.

So much GTR bias, the 2JZ is THE best sounding 6 cylinder on earth. It's a fact, it's such a smooth eargasmic sounding motor that while charming the car guys, strikes fear into its opponents driver as the blowoff valve complements the down tempo roar of the gears changing and the RPMs dropping

A V6 engine with displacement of ~3.500 cc and you can found it in the Altima, the 350z and some more vehicles from Nissan and Infiniti

Koz MAK vr38dett sounds horrible compared to a rb26, this is coming from a GTR fan. The vr38 is known for massive power outputs not its elephant noise
