0:44 vs 0:55. Exactly the same, that guy has some beat box skills!
Go to 5:50 for some more beautiful differences between standard & full ported sound! Great stuff!
How cool is to listen to how it will sound. This is a must have in a garage. In that speed pass he was making more than 150 miles, impressive.
I remeber the RX* was one of the highest reviewed cars by Jeremy Clarkson
That was too short video, we want more popcorn popping :D
My friday night got wasted crying and waiting for the upload
One of my fav cars I owned! Such a good driving experience, I only sold mine as I couldn’t afford the depreciation, I paid like 11k for mine in 05 and had to sell it 9 months later for like 8k ha ha I ended up buying a golf r32 which was fantastic but really did love driving the rx8, the interior and sound system was epic, loved the way the screen flipped round, was so ahead of its time
I love how angry the RX8 sounds. The world needs more cars like this.
the people that moan about a rotarys probably drive a golf own an iPhone have a sleeve tattoo of tribal and have a man bun
Drew 😂😂😂😂😂 the man bun got me fucked up
That's the definition of MGK
I drive a golf and have an iphone, but i love rotaries so 🤷🏽♂️
I drive a golf, have an I phone. And have an rx8, my golf gttdi (diesel) is faster has a lot more potential for more speed, of does 6 times more mpg, ten times better reliability, uses 9 times less oil. But I still can’t bring myself to sell my rx8 wtf???
Like 4:15 ?
6:10
hahah, I want that guy to voice over ralley car stages xD
Man i love rotaries!
Rx-8’s will always have a special place in my heart
Said no one
Absolutely love my RX8.. blown my second engine within 4 years @ 15k per year starting when I bought this one with "58k on it" but 150 quid plus a day's worth of my time and I must admit I really don't mind. Smiles per gallon in this car are unbelievable. Much higher than any other car and for the price, it is pretty extreme! I'm currently on with an engine build to be bridgeported and supercharged but also want it to be as reliable / long lasting as possible. Most of the time the car is my daily. Only downside to it, is it is absolutely terrible on fuel until you've done 100 mile on a constant motorway run 😂 3/4 of a tank in 150 mile ain't great at 80 quid a tank 😩😂
Felix has a place in my heart.....
Faaakkkkkk rotary sound mental but that bridge port sound crazy
6:17 can i just point out i love this dude 😂😂😂😂😂😂 hilarious
It’s more comfy in the back if you’re 6 foot or taller. Love my 8 and currently getting her back on the road. All she’s had during covid was and hour run time a week and a quick run down the a3. Now she’s returning to be my daily, I can’t wait.
4:14 is when they actually talk about the difference between bridgeport and streetport, you're welcome
250 hp and pickle-jar opening strength lb-ft
What the fuck ahahaha
You don't buy an RX8 for the performance, you buy it for the pantomime factor. Plenty of things are faster but few things are as entertaining.
That's such an overblown myth. The Renesis has almost identical power AND torque figures to a Honda K engine.
@@gonzomuse And the K Series gets twice the fuel economy and lasts four times as long. How many 300,000 mile Renesis motors are out there? There's no objective reason to have a rotary. Plenty of reasons, but none of them are objective.
@@mattorama ---sigh... I'm simply pointing out the tiresome misconception that the Renesis has less torque than a similar powered 4pot from the same era. Although weight and size are significant factual advantages of the Renesis. It's size and weight are largely responsible for making the 8 a mid engine car with handling you need to spend significant amounts of money to better.
Why is there a wing on his wing?
For example at 9:15
I didn't notice that xD
gotta get that extra lil bit of downforce 😂
Because it's funny
Because racecar bro
I have the exact same one on my rx8, but I don't have the stock wing, it gets a lot of laughs
0:49 take my like😍
That flyby sound effect WITH the shift got my thumbs up!
Damn where has the time gone. Feels like yesterday this video was posted!! What a great series this was..
