If you have ever felt that gaming isn’t fun anymore, modern gaming sucks, modern gaming is boring, or modern gaming is filled with a bunch of woke political ideology then you have probably wondered why it seems like so many video game development studios and publishers seem to self sabotage their games releasing games in such a horrible state. Well let me introduce you to Sweet Baby Inc…

Sweet Baby Inc. & and companies like it are contracted by PlayStation, Xbox Game Studios, EA, Activision Blizzard, Ubisoft, Take Two, Rockstar Games (yes that means GTA 6), Remedy, and even Valve for the sole purpose of making their games woke and injecting a bunch of political ideologies in the name of inclusivity and raising their ESG scores. Sweet Baby Inc. has infiltrated not major video game publishers for over a half a decade now in order to fix “problematic” games and franchises and we are now only starting to feel the effects of their “good work”. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 (PS5), God of War Ragnarok (PS5), and Alan Wake 2 are the most recent large AAA gaming projects they worked on the stories for with dozens of unannounced projects that have already released or are still upcoming.
Long story short, if you have felt that video game games are becoming more and more political it is because they are and companies like Sweet Baby Inc. are literally being paid for that exact reason by developers across the industry.

The kind of warped social narratives these lost souls view the world through need someone to blame for all the problems in the world, a villain, a scapegoat, *_acceptable targets_* which they can attack while still claiming to be virtuous. For Marx, it was industrial property owners and the upper-middle class. For the Leninists, it was the Kulaks. For the Khmer Rouge, it was Buddhist monks, ethnic minorities, the college educated, and academics. For feminists, it's men/"the patriarchy." And for intersectionals, with their rubrics for overlapping "oppressor" categories (European ancestry, Christian, straight, male, etc.) those with the most tags are the highest priority targets for their self-righteous indignation and wrath. And make no mistake, their end-game scenario is just as bloody, depraved, and cruel as every other time in history this particular scenario has been allowed to play out.

Indie Devs are woke too look at signalis, celeste and undertale. LGBT crap should not be in gaming. Also Indie devs suck all they make are just shitty roguelikes and minecraft clones.
There are even AA/AAA devs that make great games. Aside from the obvious which is Doom Eternal and 2016, there is Metal Hellsinger from Funcom and Ghostrunner from 505 Games. Shame that stuff isn't more mainstream, because each of those is worth every cent I spent on them.

Alan wasn't even really booted, he is still one of the main protagonists and plays a major role in the plot.

There were already a couple of red flags in Quantum Break, like a radio talk where a gay guy calls on the line just to say how much he loves his husband (not that something like that is a problem, it's actually sweet, but it seemed really random and out of place), plus there are plenty of Westerners on their team. Games like Gothic 1 and 2, old resident evil games, and JRPG games you may have missed back from 10 years ago which got ported over to switch. The upcoming Batman Arkham Trilogy is coming soon to switch so I plan to get that. Playing older games on the go which didn't have these woke narratives is going to be my focus going forward. I will only buy the woke games that might still be good despite woke content. Eg I bought Starfield because I am a bethesda fan, but do not like the woke knee-bending in this. But I avoided Saints Row reboot because it was full blown woke and of questionable quality.
Another piece of advice: get pc versions of games if you can to mod out the woke stuff. Modding community is the whole reason Todd Howard is able to get away with buggy games on release because the community is keeping interest alive in bethesda rpgs of the past.
Having said all that: will I avoid Baldur's Gate 3 because its woke? I will probably cave due to high quality of the game. So you could call me a hypocrite. But we have to support the non-woke too or else they disappear.

The problem is that companies are relying on other companies, such as Blackrock etc, instead of their actual customers. There's something weird going on behind the scenes and most people are noticing, that's why a lot of major companies are starting to see their stock prices drop and are sweating bullets because we're so sick and tired of the "message." So we vote with our wallets and it hurts them and they can't stand it but what's more baffling is they ALWAYS double down and blame us for not buying their shitty products trying to label us all the ists and isms under the sun, which in turn loses them more revenue. What a crazy timeline we live in. Without consumers these companies are nothing.
