This umami bomb of a vinaigrette is delicious! I roasted up some grape tomatoes from my garden and then followed everything else from the video. Added some green beans to the salad too. Amazing!

we bought some fresh sweet corn off the side of the highway like true americans lmao and i immediately remembered your corn salad nacho post and knew i had to make it, cannot wait to try it this looks so fun to make (and eat!)
I did not get any charring on my corn at all with this method. My husks were nice and charred all over and none of it made it down to the kennels. Still a fantastic recipe. The dressing is delicious

I know it’s not the same, but I am not a huge lover of raw tomato salsa (except for gazpacho soup which is amazing: I know, I am a strange creature) and I was thinking if it makes sense to put cut cherry tomatoes with the corn in the salad and leaving the miso dressing without tomato 🤔🤣

Composting makes me feel a lot freer from that, but that also needs space. And a garden.
@@madisonu some cities have city-wide composting programs, others may have a farmer’s market or a hub that takes in kitchen scraps for composting!
