Great video. Thank you. I started very recently to see your videos and I found your content very useful. You are a very good presenter. And, talking about your presentations skills, I wonder what tool do you use to highlight content on the screen. I think you use some kind of app to turn your Mac pointer into something more powerful like a hand with some yellow spot. Can you share your tool?

Hi Andy, Great video. Im a M365 Admin but cannot see the M365 Groups option in Org setings - in fact I can only see a handful of options there. Is there a special admin setting I need to have in order to view this?

Onedrive sync health reports? Kills me, seems to only update every 24 hours (Almost useless)

The link to access a user's OneDrive is cool, except it seems that you cannot remove your own access after. Is that right? It seems that the user has to do that from their OneDrive access settings.

      It’s not permanent access.

As Andy said, it’s timed access. You get 30 minutes to an hour and your access is automatically removed. Ran in to this because I am slowly migrating users from our on prem file server to onedrive. The sharepoint migration assistant gets confused with My Documents vs Documents and I end up having to fix the directory structure for the user. Most of our office users have had accounts since when we were using xp.

@@abdavey Ah, cool. Thanks for that information! That makes sense. I'll try it tomorrow. 🙂

3:04 - Slightly trivial, but I wonder why it is 93 days and not something more rounded like 90 or 100? It seems a strange number for Microsoft to select. Andy - Do you know why they chose this? Some nice hints, thanks for sharing.

I can think of 2 possible reasons:
      - Most likely one: 7 days before OneDrive content gets deleted (1st bin) the user receives a warning that his content will go to the 2nd bin (93 days). In total this is exactly 100 days.
      - Less likely but possible: Microsoft perhaps considers 1 month as 31 days instead of 30 (because on average it's 30.5 per month) and therefor 3 months = 93 days.
Or perhaps even a combination of both :-)
