- Hey Nezzle Fam! In today's video, we're exploring Grenada on a rainy day. A group of us visited areas such as the Blowhole in Fort Jeudy, St. George, Bathway Beach in Bathway, St. Patrick, the Break Water Project in Sauteurs, St. Patrick, the River Sallee Sulphur Springs in River Sallee, St. Patrick and Fort Frederick in Morne Jaloux, George! We also rode horses from Bonanza Stables in Mardigras, St. George and I show you the various areas we drove through along the way. This is a really fun, packed vlog and you're going to love it!

Rain or shine, Greenz is gorgeous. You went by some of the places my mom talked about, Beaton, Perdmontemps, etc. The open bus brought back memories of going to school on them in Barbados, except that we never got to switch when it rained 🤣🤣. Great vlog ❤❤
LOL well since it was a tour, it wasn't serving us much with the tarpoline down so it made sense to switch. But yes, I agree, Grenada is really beautiful regardless of the weather.
I think wooden buses are great transportation as long as the driver is being responsible and not being Reckless you experienced a lot in a wooden bus great views and scenery lol

Its good to know that you experience the wooden bus.. I remember when I first experience it I was in primary school, but did not appreciate it well.. You know, being young and naïve, we tend to ignore something that is significant to our island and heritage...

@@Nezzle The wooden truckbus was so cool, and I agree with Courtney - you showed a lot of confidence riding Bonanza. My grandmother grew up in Grenada and apparently had a very blessed childhood. My mom told me that my great grandfather was a preacher in Grenada who travelled to the various parishes on Sundays by horse, so thanks for inspiring that reflection. Yes the view is really lovely from there when the sun is out and that breeze coming through the wooden bus is like no other. You feel the rain just the same though lol. I'm glad you enjoyed the video.

I didn’t record long clips of the drive because it was a full day of filming so the batteries wouldn’t have lasted if I did. I showed the majority of the driving footage that I captured though.

Yes, no need for a/c or anything like that. Fresh air flowing through. It's a pity the weather didn't allow us to remain on it for the duration of the tour. I'm glad you enjoyed the video.

Bathway is an extremely safe beach to swim in. I swam there as a child and as a teenager and can attest that it is 100% safe. But you are correct, all swimmers are encouraged to swim in the waters before the rocks.
Oh well that's great. I think because I cannot swim at all, I've just always been a bit scared to get in but that's good to know. Maybe one day I'll take a little dip there.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! Yes Grenada is beautiful in any weather. The purpose stated for the Sauteurs breakwater project was to prevent the erosion of the beach and protect the coastal zone.
I enjoyed every bit of it, so because of the rain I know you have to do a part two and call it the sunny side tour. Great 😊 work.

That was the bus in the days from Town to Chantimelle and other parts of the island

The entrance that you used to the blow hole can you give directions .
Lol girl I wish I could. I honestly thought we were lost until the bus stopped 😂 I usually use the route where you enter by the road next to the blue house. Also, I should add I'm not good at giving directions.

A good time based off of what? It’s always a good time to visit Grenada lol but it depends on what you’re expecting when you get here.

@@trepitts336 well happy birthday in advance. I hope you enjoy it regardless of what you end up doing. And I really hope you're able to have that plate of oil down. Not much happens in April here unless Easter falls around that time (which it isn't this year) but I'm sure you can still find fun stuff to do.
