Love how he acknowledges that people worked hard to create scents that he himself doesn’t enjoy. That’s having some class. Good stuff, guys!
I love that Aaron takes price into account when rating fragrances, it just makes sense.
As a perfumer he has an idea how much the raw materials that go into the fragrances cost, so he can tell when it's a good value for how expensive it is to actually produce.

Great video, Aaron should definitely be invited more often! How spot on! Felt happy when he mentioned the word "smooth" smelling Reserve Privee. First thing that came to my mind when I smelled it: "Darn, this is reaaaally smooth"

Great video collaboration once again gents. I’m relieved to hear Aaron’s take on Gentleman Reserve Privee. It is my most recent fragrance buy after having owned the EDP Boisee. I absolutely love the opening. To me it doesn’t last quite as long as I’d wished, as it turns into that classic powdery iris and woody scent. I simply re spray later in the day to get that brilliant opening again.
Wish you had more for him to rate, I can watch you guys forever. Great job!

Totally get that feeling that Aaron describes working with materials on a regular basis. Knowledge can go either way. But I'm still on the side of knowing. Might spoil things at first, but the appreciation will come. Definitely takes time. Appreciate the vid Chris! Great assortment of scents.

Hi Chris. I have to say that I particularly look forward to your videos with Aaron. It's a wonderful format. My favourites releases so far this year have been Givenchy Gentleman Reserve Privee and Aqua di Gio EDP with both rated highly by Aaron. I actually found myself breathing a sigh of relief lol. There's nothing as welcome as a small dose of affirmation. Btw the Mexican inspired intro made me smile. ☺
