- This is in my friend Panagiotis Kalamidas (he has 7.4 inch hands and yes, this was in August 2022) gym, the Notorious Box in Athens, Greece. Panagiotis was lifting the 172 pounds inch dumbbell back in 2020 in the Grip Temple, Dubai. He told me he then forgot how to do it and lost the strength because he stopped grip due to personal reasons. He was trying for few weeks (or months?) to lift it but to no avail.
I changed few technique and he did it! I was so happy and he was so proud. The first video was from my phone, the second clip was from his phone in which the first attempt was captured. He continued to train for around 3 month until he did it strict! The last two videos are from his IG account. I am so proud of you brother! And see you soon at the Grip Temple!

Strict is Khaled doing 5 lifts on the Millennium. But Laine Snook did 8 reps tilted.
