Weird CoC #3 attempt

So I got a new old single stamp IronMind CoC #3 from Michael Corlett (GripBoard Hubgeezer). Unfortunately I did not close it. It seems I had a bad day because I couldn't close another CoC #3. I came home and trained after 14 hours of work. The video is self explanatory. But the point is I wasn't strong today (even if it wasn't my day). I will close it next time God willing.

is there a correlation between grip strength and wrist size?

Generally the bigger wrists should have stronger grip. But I have seen smaller wrists having better grip than bigger wrists so yeah it is possible on both ways to have stronger grip. If you have smaller wrists, don't let it discourage you. Tommy Heslep is certified on CoC #4 on the old rules when he was like 175 pounds and small wrists comparing to the giants.

On your bad day you close CoC #3 99.9% of the way 4 times in 8 minutes, when it requires atleast 5 minutes between attempts for max effort.
This not only means you are strong, but you have good endurance as well.
