    Can you share how you injured your hip?

      It was from doing a set of sumo deadlifts for the first time in a really long time. I'm not exactly sure what happened but I think it's just due to my hip tendons not keeping up with my adductors and me failing to stretch properly :( sadly I will be shying away from sumos for the time being. but conventional has been fun!
