PLEASE do more of these. LOVE the short 10-12 min core videos. Allows u to mix with other things because they’re short and sweet. or for when you’re short on time. Awesome 🙏🙏🙏

You were right, Coach Ryan! I pre-habbed abdominal surgery by starting on your multi-week series last fall. Surgery was on January 4. I healed quickly and am now back to my beloved kettlebell workouts. Day 1 done!
