1T12 -> 2T12 = STH-10 1T10 -> 2T10 = STM-10 The STM-10 is a 10 port siren with peak chopper speed at 3450 RPM, thanks to the 10HP motor. 1T8 -> 2T8 = STL-10 (8 Port (Also find the 7-port version!))
Thanks, Chief. I assumed it was direct drive. That may also explain the peak G#4musical pitch when it should really go up to D5. (575 Hz with a 3450 rpm motor.) Why not direct drive? Too much start-up load on the motor? I'd prefer simpler direct drive than the complication of pulleys and belt which could break.
Clever solution. What kind of motor is being used to power the 10-port bottom half of the 2t22? Was it difficult to get a motor shaft to fit the rotor? We need a tornado siren. Would you be willing to sell the top half without the three-phase motor? We also do not have three-phase power. Thank you.
If they couldnt afford a single phase motor nor 3 phase power there is no way they would be able to afford a 130, that is, unless it was given to them.
No it's not, dipshit. The STH-010 has a MUCH different sound. Learn youir shit before you comment. It'll make you look like less of a dumbass if you do that. But apparently you seem to like projecting your stupidity, so I can't help you. Help yourself, kid.
Having a 2T22 and splitting it up into 2 sirens is a pretty interesting idea!
Amazing job on splitting the 2T22 up! You've made quite a unique looking, and sounding, siren! Same goes for the "1T10" as well.
The 2t22 has a very unique tone, and you can tell that this is half of one. I love the idea, and its awesome that someone actually did this.
Good job on the split! Great sound! Kinda shivers when it cycles on. Torque twist. 5 stars!

Sounds like a Pintsch Bamag from Germany
This siren would technically be a STL-5. Single-tone, low pitch, 5 HP
More like an STH-12... (Considering # of projectors not HP)
Too bad it couldn't be as intended but the single siren is a good idea,and is impressive.5stars.

I'm gonna go film this Saturday.
@JRCollinsfan no, 2T means two tones and its 2 horns (2T12)
2T = 2 tones... no dampers so only alert & attack
3T = 3 tones... has dampers for fire hi-lo tones, + alert & attack
sounds like an STL-10 with a quick windup.
called a mistery siren
@XxjoshthedragracerxX
think before you comment. That is a single tone siren. 1T12
Awesome
Looks like a Modifeid STH-10
Is that you setting off the siren?
Right thats what i said i think so tho
XD how dose the town allow that!?!?
@XxjoshthedragracerxX i meant 12 horns
it kinda looks like an sth 10
Split into a 2T12.
is this really an sth-10?
Did you not read the video title dumbass?
Tried finding it at the fire station instead I found a 2001-130

@@SouthGeorgiaSirens From what I heard the 2T22 was given to them and it just had a bad moter so a 130 might have been given to them who knows
@@uhAverage Wdym by bad motor? Both halves of the 2T22 were fitted with healthy and affordable 1/2 Horsepower motors, they shouldn't have gone bad.
@@SouthGeorgiaSirens I’m just going by what I heard I can’t say I believe any of that either
@@uhAverage ah
What a monstrosity and oddity
This is actually a STH-10

Omg 💀 why. I was a dumbass 10 years ago.
it would be a 2T12
Sth10
Thanks! I hate it!
how sad
