Why is it Always Pontoon Boats

Why does it always seem to be pontoon boats? At the boat ramp with the hardest times launching and recovering. These are our new unqualified captains.

Where were the ones who had trouble launching and recovering. I've been boating in Australia since the early 80's and believe me, people with all kinds of boats have trouble reversing their trailers and trouble getting their boats on and off them and hogging the ramps because they haven't done all their necessary prep whilst waiting in line. It's not just pontoons.
